Roughly translated this means:
Below 18.5: Underweight
18.5-24.9: Normal Weight
25-29.9: Overweight, without many risks. You may not get any fatter though (iow: Diet Becons!!  )
30-39.9: Obesitas - and then comes a list of all possible things you risk (including... DIEBEETUS!!!)
40+: Severly Obese: If you don't lose weight now, you die. Plain and simple.
