It's not the only problem. Maybe one of the best future things will be "not possible open *GM file, bevor game isnt finished" like was disscusing in TE thread.

Calling black_knight a cheater is maybe not the best start for your international tournament.

As i said, we wanted to do that quietly, he wrote about that on HC forum. I have nothing to reproach himself. We do everything what is in our power to eliminate the cheaters. I hope more players will play in LH League, not necessarily in PRO mode.

You are making a fool of yourself, you cannot ban a player because of rumors. You could only ban someone if he is cought, or listed as cheater in another league.
Hey, do you realize H3 is a pretty old game, and that you should happy to get peeps playing for a new league instead of hunting ghosts and rumors?

As he is the one who is organising the tournament i do not see why should he not prohibit participation to anyone who is suspected to be a cheater. This is his decision to make.

Well, decision u made is based upon facts which are not objective. You banned the guy you never have met or played with him because someone else has suspicions that he is a cheater. I don't know who told you all this, but i guess you don't know that person much better than you know black_knight. As Casihasi already said, you cannot call someone a cheater because of rumours. That is hard accusation and you need more solid proof.
Personally, i played many games with black_knight, probably more than all people who posted in this thread all together, and i dont have any objections on his behavior. Well, maybe i am blind, but what if i am not?

Of course. Like in a dictatorship...but this doesn't make the decision right, does it? 
The tournaments I know so far always back up their decisions with either pics, saves or anything similar. They never base such a decision on rumours.

Summary of the month - October
In our league we have over 80 players, of which 14 are pro players, is set 8 teams, and everything is slowly starting to move forward.. Origins are difficult, but somehow we managed with greater or less difficult to go through this first month. Here's a brief relationship from all modes:
In the Pro League three players has three wins (Biszcz, Szeryf, Tiamath), The most interesting fights which occurred during this month is:
* Biszcz vs Szeryf 1-0
* Szeryf vs Tiamath 1-0
In the Amateur League on the leader's chair we have Anielskookiego, but Gladiator BG have a small loss to him. The rest of the rates have to slowly work off losses to those two players.
The team play a leaders are "Gladiatorzy Aren II", who alone won the points. While the Pro and Amateur League has already started, unfortunately, TP a bit "stands" on the spot, but we have found a prescription on it. From 1 to 30 November the maps of the month will be "Battle for Honor" and "Boomerang LH". We chose these maps because of their simplicity and that it will be more easily to learn its than the previous maps.
At the end of a last minute announcement of a series of PLH - in the finals of the last season The Gladiator BG and Szeryf will play. This gives the chance that the first foreign player wins the Polish league.At the last game we have a special rules of this duel:
* The first map is a fix, chosen by the Gladiatora (Szeryf choose color)
* Second map is a fix, chosen by the Szeryfa (Gladiator choose color)
* Third map is a Random Balance PC L, Jebus L or 2sm4d3 L+U (selection by rejecting one)
* Difficult level: 100% for fixed map, and 130% for Random
After playing the finals, the chapter of the Polish Heroes 3 League (PLH) will be finally closed and the winners of all its seasons honored.

Summary of the month - November
The number of players in our League is still growing, we have over 110 players playing. 4 new people joined the Pro League, including well-known in Poland and in the World:
- Fank0_
- Ginterlen
- The Saint BG
- Zydar
it counts 18 peoples. After the first round of the most prestigious competitions in league, the leadership includes Biszcz with 18 points (9 games played), behind him is Ginterlen with 12 points (6 games played). The rest of the rate has less than 10 points.
Unfortunately, no one played the maximal number of games (10 matches), so none of the players will not receive additional point.
In the amateur league Anielskooki still bravely persist in carrying on and is repeatedly away from their opponents. Behind him is Anarchol, Dorsaj and The_Gladiator_BG.
New maps of the month, which will be further rewarded in the Amateur League in December (+25%) are The Hive i Random Panic L.
Unfortunately, we have sad news - Legends of Heroes II tournament won't be organized. We concluded that the previous edition of this tournament is a symbol of the unification of the Polish stage Heroes 3, This unfortunately would be a symbol of divisions. We do not take that risk. In return, will be another interesting games.

The funny part is that he does not actually comment on the whole set of new players MasterAngello posted but just about me As i seriously doubt he knows any of them besides Saint at all.
Can you Casihasi please restrain yourself from talking to or about me as i want to have absolutely nothing to do with you ?
About how well i am known, let us put it that way. I do not have trouble finding challenging games so i guess i am fine.
