The guy who realised protoss are OP and switched to them for the win makes it finally
If he wins he should totally say I won because protoss OP.
If he loses he should say swarm host imba.

Lets see our prophet :
Storm-Giant said: This also means we'll see a new non-Protoss Champion at GSL (no way Classic is gonna win it all).
Really, you think he has no chance?
But this was a great series actually! Go SKT1!
Edit: Haha Joonas

Well, when he made the switch Protoss wasn't OP
But think on the bright sight, since Classic was a Terran, he is defending the T flag on the finals

He played very solid, barely making mistakes and mixing very well greed, safe and harass play. Look at Alterzim game, he went to gateway gas first expecting Maru to cheese...which was what happened
SKT Protoss line up is so scary

Oh heavens, you have completely lost your powers haha.
But Classic did make mistakes in game 2 and 4. He took fights he shouldn't have, but yeah, not some mistakes that make you go facepalm too hard. Maru had some amazing multitasking, such a feat to defend it! Game 1 especially wow... Yeah that 2 reaper cheese, lololol. Plz maru...

Nah, he should be saying "Mutas imba", because SoO is complaining how playing with Swarm Hosts against Protoss is hard, and never actually use them. So every his ZvP match somehow involves Mutas and Corruptors.

The finals might be a true classic. Someone had to say it!
Although soO is overall the better player, when it comes to ZvZ TRUE and soO are equally matched. In fact, Classic winning Maru isn't that shocking, when you realize that Classic is at 70% winrate against Terran, and Maru at 60% against Protoss.
Whadda you think, more "upsets" incoming? TRUE or soO?

soO crushed Solar 3-0 in QF if I'm not mistaken. I think soO will go to his third consecutive final....facing a Protoss for the third time....silver once again
I really want soO to win this GSL

To be honest, only upset would be if TRUE somehow manages to win this GSL.
Him winning over SoO isn't an upset, since TRUE is really good in ZvZ, beat both SoO and Life in Proleague, so he definitely can win.
On the other side, SoO is also good in ZvZ, as we saw against Solar, but SoO is player that really has troubles in the late game. His decision making and multi-tasking just fells apart when it comes to that point, no matter what match-up he is playing.
Even though SoO is more favorable against Classic than TRUE is, I think that Classic has the edge against SoO. They are playing all the time against each other and know each other's strategies very well, but since Classic plays Protoss, he can always open Protoss' bag of Bullsh*ts and do something you never saw before and still win with ease. As Zerg you can't do anything in early game because of MSC and Force Fields, while in the mid/late game for you to have a chance, you have to go either Mutas or Swarm Hosts, and SoO really doesn't like Swarm Hosts, which makes him very predictable in ZvP. He can do some mid-game timings with Hydras, Roaches and Zerglings, but those timings depend on the map a lot and are being done less and less nowadays.
If TRUE goes to the finals, his only chance is being unpredictable unlike SoO, since he is doing some crazy mass Lings and mass Queens timings into Mutas/Ultras/Infestors/whatever. If Classic studied TRUE's strategies, I don't think TRUE has any chance, he is among the sloppiest Zergs in Code S, known for losing half his supply because he isn't watching, or suiciding 20 Banelings into 1 Thor and losing the fight that could've been easily won etc.
I still don't know how TRUE was able to beat Zest, but as TRUE said in the interview, Zest is so high on ladder that they've never met before and Zest is unfamiliar with TRUE's style. That probably made him really nervous and he played sloppy as hell all those games.
Conclusion, all in all if everything goes well, I think that Classic should win. But all of these predictions are considered without players having mental breakdown. If he has problem with nerves because he wasn't playing in Finals that are these big before, everything can happen.

Scarlet 6-1 Polt. WOOOT! Such dominance. Gotta say Polt was soooo predictable. I can't understand why. He played the MMMM-style, and Scarlet just crushed him always. And he always did the same 2-prong attack after clearing Overlord or 2 with a Viking. Of course Scarlet never game him more than 1 Overlord after she realized he is opening with a Viking and of course she had units waiting at Main and 3rd. :S
AMAZING Scarlet, 6-1!

Indeed, I am always so frustrated in WCS when the supply might be dead even but I don't know if the other has Droned up heavily or what. That is the key problem, but the overlay has tons of other good stuff too

I imagine they'll made a more simplified version (Gameheart shows A TON of information, sometimes it feels too much), but I still hope it's going to improve WCS UI heavily.
snow, I'm missing this semifinals, I had to go to the university and now have to travel back home :[

You so salty
Trap won, I'm actually surprised. While he was great at the end of last year (OSL RO16, GSL 5th, S3 Finals Top4) this year he hasn't performed that great in GSL...nor in Proleague, where he has a decent but not impressive 8-6.
Edit: soO with the 19 BM Hatchs hahahaha

I played starcraft 2 for like 5 days straight, then quited all together. Great game, just... mentally exhausting. It's the hardest game out there, so hard that playing it fells more like a chore than a game. Playing it for like 4 hours then logging off is like... it's the same feeling as when your working day is over. You feel exhausted and you're glad you can go.
