There's no need to watch USA no-names (that must be painful lol), big players should reach the later rounds...

Had to watch the Scarlet vs DRG PvZ for lels ;D The crowd just goes insane. So funny. Power of Protoss
Oh yeah, about the Terran buffs. One problem against Z is late game when you have MILLIONS of Banelings, there is no counter to it when Baneling supply rivals that of the bio supply. The only counter to mass baneling I see is Widow Mine so I agree it should be buffed. (Just because apparently Tanks never will change). It helps against P too I guess, I really hope Terrans would start leaving a single Widow Mine at their bases to defend against Zealot run-by. Just like HT:s are often left to defend against drops.

New WMs might be too strong against Zerg, but I would leave them that way and wait for Zergs to adapt and find out how to deal with them instead of just nerfing them immediately.

Well, that wouldn't do anything. One WM will kill one Zealot and leave the rest at half HP if they are in the range at all, that is pretty much wasted supply.

I can see top T players leaving 1-2 WMs in their bases, each hit makes them already worthy and with some bio they can clean the rest easily.

I agree with SG. One HT doesn't stop any drops, it just makes them weak enough for some units to clear it. The WM could be similar, because Zealots are the only thing Protoss uses to harass late game.
Edit: Dragon Invitational 3 starts now. Greaaaat lineup for an invitational.

Yeah, probably I overlooked it a bit.
Still, let's count how many were in last season Code S:
Life, DRG, Leenock, RagnaroK, Ruin
Now, how many reached Ro16? Only Life.
Don't get me wrong, is a solid lineup, but far from what "true koreans" means

Thor AA prioritization change

The effects of this change definitely seem noticeable, but we’d like to push this nerf slightly further.
Widow Mine splash radius increase
The splash radius of 2 seems too much against Protoss worker lines. Also, we wonder if the full damage against Zerg being only an increase of 0.25 is too little.
So we’d like to make further adjustments and see if we can push some of these changes as much as possible. The changes we’d like to try next on the balance test map are:
Widow Mine
Widow Mine going back to full splash damage and a 1.75 radius. (But they would still keep the +shields damage)
This lessens its power against Probes, returns the Widow Mine to how it used to be against Zerg, and provides big improvements against Protoss armies in the mid and late game.
Time Warp
Duration decreased to 10 seconds.
Obviously, these are just balance test map changes and part of the ongoing testing process. Nothing is final yet, so please share your thoughts after having playtested the current balance test map changes as well as the upcoming changes detailed in this post.
