North Korea is a complicated issue because of China... But I do think China is getting a bit tired of them...
Most Swedes do not agree with we having soldiers in Afghanistan either. But it is not a big scale and from what I have heard from the media etc, they act more as an assisting police than soldiers.

If the US leaves S. Korea, they can and they will eventually.
And finally, China will absorb the lands of both S. and N. Korea.
It's a simple situation.
Some dumb koreans think that U.S. should leave Korea but that just communistic politicians say.
