yes I have them and was already able to import models in Max, using Milkshape first. But I still can't break the md files which hold the animations, so it is useless. Only Darkloke knows how to do, but he does not want to say
Redid all the riders, to fit sizes, also the War elephant was increased to max (allowed in 2 hexes). Still the models are very different accordingly to the source game, so it is impossible to get exactly the same sizes without changing the width.
Waiting for Itsjustme to send me the updated berber.

It come to H3 not fit much coz hí man too small, i like a elepahnt without man but can not found anywhere

Very nice beasts! But how they fit to heroes? Elephants has the same size as horses and riders very small.
And Salamandre, what you told about 2-hexes shooters (khmers)?

The gifs are not made from defs, I made them much bigger than riders (I hope so!). The khmer is for the time when we will be able to make anyone shooter... (or dracolich replace, is him 1 hex? I don't remember)
They are more massive, but bigger than that goes far over the 2 hexes allowed:
