Campaigns
Hey guys. After a long time playing Homm3 I decided suddenly to complete the campaigns. I am an experienced player and i wanted to beat every scenario on the hardest possible difficulty. I could never imagine how hard those games could be. I've spent so much time on single scenarios, trying different tactics to beat some of them. What's your experience on those?

Well I've played a lot of scenarios a long time ago, bur now I too am playing armageddons blade campaigns.I've finished the dragon slayer campaign and am about to finish tue playing with fire one also. About a year ago I finished the dragons blood campaign and the festival of life.The campaign with Gelu, Catherine,Roland and Xeron I almost finished it but found the last mission very frustrating and quit but I think I am going to try it again.
Also I've finished the ROE campaign and Almost completed Shadow of Death though I quit playing near the end because I bought heroes 5 TOTE  .
If you need any tips maybe I can help

I currently have problem on the Spectre of Power Campaign. It's a small map and it gives you 4 months to attack the enemy who can't come to you. You have to get the ring of sulfur but how can you beat her? She has always larger army and 4 months are not enough. There is nothing special on the map and I even managed to make the battle occur while I am inside her Rampart. Still not close to victory. Any way I can post pictures here?

Ok thnx.
As you can see, no matter how many times I tried, she had much much bigger army. The map is small, I do not have any option for something better. :/

And me got a$$ kicked in the scenario where our barbarian must fight 3 super wizards on a small map. And no, I am ashamed to post pic and no clue how to succeed. All three have a powerful chain L which annihilates my first week army in one turn.

Which of the scenarios of that campaign are you refering to?
Edit:
Nevermind, just checked it. It is scenario #3. I checked my saves and saw I fought Melodia month 3 week 4 day 4
On 200% difficulty of course....

I don't remember, was 3 months ago and I gave up after 5-6 tries. You start in a small area with barbarian, you can do a few quests, while one gives a few behemots, and gold golems separate you from wizards, who run joyously around with crap units but high spell power. Of course they break the golems week one and from then it is a slaughter, despite my stats being +30 in att/def. I just can't hit them, while they hit and run me until I am out of order.
It is one of the latest scenario in the campaign.

Would be nice if you could post a pic or 2 so I could remember what map it was. I don't have kept all saves of that campaign, so I do not remember the scenario....

That's "Returning to Bracada" you're thinking of and it's the final (fifth) mission in the campaign.

I just checked my saves and only have saved the end of that scenario, because it was the end of that campaign. After loading this save, I come up with the campaign menu where 3 campaigns are marked as done, and only Hack and Slash is left (before the hidden ones are free to chose...).

I will probably try again and pick resistance in the first scenario. Not much of an useful skill, but it may help "a bit" in the last, with some luck. That scenario remembers me old HoMM2 days when some noob players choose knight or barbarian as main and got dispatched by warlocks in a few turns.

Angelito, thanks for your offer but I would prefer to pass the level on my own. 
I can barely get an army bigger than that but considering I played the scenario plenty times, I believe you would still loose with the army you have. :/
Melodia has all fourth Earth, Fire, Wind, Water at master level. She casts way too good spells. I can also see you have greater stats than mine but I believe that's because of the previous scenarios. Could you give me any guide on what to do?

You use the wrong adress to imageshack for your pictures.
You have to take the "direct link" adress and paste it here.
