Technically Vlad doesn't have any powers that could be stolen. He's a human, only better in all physical aspects(strenght, endurance, immunity, etc).

@War-Overlord, the link works perfectly fine. Thank you for the explaination on Rex's power and also: Berny's game, Berny can tell you  ohh and I won't RP Rex.
@Berny-Mac, right anyway, me and Warlord make it down the firestairs. Actually Warlord could just jump to the next building when you consider his superpowers but I want to talk with both him and War-Overlord's Hero so

Hmmm. Seeing how Warlord isn't the busiest bee in RPG-land, waiting for him and Der Commisar seems to take while yet.
Perhaps I can come up with a plausible way of stumbling upon the little meeting the others are having.

Name: Selmir Al-Ahazi
Alias: Archon
Height: 6'0 normally, 8'6 in Archon form
Age: 54
Background: An Arab American, Selmir was born in the ghettos of New Constantinople and had to struggle throughout his life in merely surviving. He was a petty thief and criminal, but once he was 17 years old, he found that he could change his form into something much greater and much more dangerous. He gained his powers through the Catalyst, which he stole from Paladin before Dueler could stop it. He accidentally activated it and then gained his powers. Since then he had become New Constantinople's first true villain. However, after a while, he was stopped, being defeated at the hands of Paladin, the leader of the superheroes at the time. Since then he had retreated into hiding, and only revealed himself to destroy the base where Miasma was created. However, after that, he found himself weakened greatly. He waited for years, slowly regaining strength, until he is ready to reveal himself to the world again.
Physical Appearance: As a human he has short black hair, dark skin, brown eyes, and is very slender and fit. In Archon form he is much bigger and stronger, and has no hair. His skin turns electric blue and seems to have electricity running all around him.
Powers: As a normal human, none. In Archon form he has super strength, super durability, manipulation of electricity, and can teleport.

Okay...Roll call Berny! I would really like a "complete"(if possible) list over all the "original" supers and villains. (And if possible: Their powers.)
So far I gathered this:
Superheroes:
Paladin - Leader. Father of Inferno
The Dueler - Prediction ability, perhaps the group's Lancer.
Calamity - Father of Sidewinger. The Big Guy perhaps
Solara - Mother of Inferno, The Chick perhaps.
Supervillains:
Archon - Hulk with electrical abilities.
Zero - The Dueler turned mad. Killed all the other supers.
Villains:
Morte - Mad scientist with nanobot technology.
