Hi all.
My problem with installing is that I have a Hungarian PC, and instead of 'My Computer' it has 'Számítógép', containing the C: and thus everything else. Of course it can't be renamed, and Windows 7 appears to put this "directory" in the install path. In other words it doesn't say C:/Heroes, but instead Számítógép:/C:/Heroes. Thus, as it contains non-English characters, every folder I select on my entire computer seems to be wrong. Any ideas to fix this?
Thx in advance.

When you run the installer, enter the path manually.

I tried out the ERA pluggins and some of them seem to have a bug r two.
For instance i tried the colourful rays for beholders and it worked but when the Arch magi shot (it's pretty much the same ray) the shot went zig zag! i don't know why, but when i deleted the dll the shot was normal again.
Also, i tried the 6th artifact slot pluggin and it works (although i would suggest putting the slot two pixels to the right so that it will be symetrical). The problem is that some heroes have their balista or First aid or Catapult put on this slot. You can move it to your backpack but it is a problem, since you can't move them to their original place.
I just thought i'd point it out so that if you have the same troubles you can try and solve them one day

there's even bigger bug with this plugin: when you equip combination artifacts, the lock isn't placed at sixth slot (if other slots are occupied) and if you put another artifact there, reopen hero screen, the combo artifact disappears.

You're kidding...right?
But anyway, the colored rays are not the main problem. I sincerely hope you solve the 6th artifacr slot issues because it is a kewl pluggin... I would like to use it. I already edited all the hero screens in order to have 6 artifact slots. And again, the 6th slot button should be two pixels in the right in order to be homogenous with the fifth one (the same distance from the four original ones).

Hi everyone.
As is said in Era discription:
"decision on who moves in a battle (you can implement initiative or a custom morale system)"
The idea of making itiative system like HMM IV-V seems very attractive.
However I couldn't find any mods where this would have been done.
Is there any?
If not, is implementing of this feature on my own really achievable over a reasonable time? And if it's so - what should I start from??

You'll need an array of numbers for storing initiative values of each creature type. At "Who moves?" event generate a list of stacks without "moved" flag. Then find first one with the highest initiative value. Give him turn. The problem is where to display initiative parameter? Also AI won't take new system into account.

Berserker, could you include this tool to the next release instead of ERM editor that's included now? (actually it's the same, just with different filename and complete files) The one that's included in package throws error messages, because of missing syntax completion files.

From what I understand, ERA 1.91 will not include ERM help. Too bad, the updated one is correct, for the first time.

I'm sad about that but i have to agree, had wog 58 for long now, and there are not much news about 59.
Want the new towns.
