So did the end of the season work out for everyone? I didn't get to hit Diamond cause I didn't spam out enough games but regardless I'm quite happy with being Plat II .

I guess, I got to gold, but for some bloody reason it wouldn't let me out of Gold 5, won 4 games in a row, then lost the equal amount then repeat. Worked my MMR back at least after my tragic reduction from the initial defeats, hopefully I can leap-frog over G4 and maybe even G3 if I can keep up my current win streak. (on 94LP atm)

As someone who did leapfrog over 2 Gold division, I feel your optimism might be a bit misplaced. You do need very high MMR to skip 1 let alone 2 Divisions.
A good indication for finding out if you should be getting your hopes up at all is the lp gain. Anything >27 lp pern win and something like -10 at the highest for a loss and odds are pretty good that you'll be jumping through the divisions. Anything short of that however and you're most likely to just progress normally.
Another good indicator would be if you jumped Divisions in your previous League.
If all else fails you can check the text under your league tab (where it displays your most played ranked champions) and then it will actually tell you what division you'll get promoted into once you win your promo at 100lp. It's not fool proof but sometimes it'll just straight up tell you.

After about two months of not playing LoL I decided play a few games. (couple of ranked) I'm not sure if anyone else has encountered this, but I've had to ignore so many damn snows posting GoT spoilers in the chat. I mean wtf is wrong with these people, I've had to avoid surfing through GoT lore due to spoilers, people around me, especially ****ing trains. I mean jesus christ...

AFAIK, MHing can't let you pick your ulty before level 6. Even then, Meepo can pick his ulty at level 4, not 3
But the guy's a MHer, too, so there's that.

Update: Started playing League of Legends ranked again, currently sitting on a 9 win streak and Platinum IV, so gonna try to get as high as I can this season.
Buuut, THE CHAMPIONSHIP can't bloody wait to see Fnatic and SKT win the semi finals, and then the face off in the finals <3.
Then there's this, my most anticipated update yet:
I mean I've been playing the Korean version for the longest time, but it simply a poor immitation of my true desire to play with Jap voices ^_^.

I'd try LoL just for the fun of it so I can get a better impression of the differences it has compared to other mobas, but I'm seriously enjoying DotA 2 too much. And I don't mean that as a quick jab, I mean that with Reborn the variety of custom games went through the roof. It already rivals the old War3 days in terms of content and quality and it keeps getting better. Been waiting for this for a long time now.

In a week already climbed two divisions loving platinum atm, hoping to reach diamond soon. Also here's a widdle treat :3.
