I was thinking, you know how pathetic were unupgraded harpies and furies. what if instead of starting just with strike and return, they would start with no retaliation, and you would upgrade them to get strike and return?
another idea, the pacification ability of the sister may not deal damage, but instead apply a spell similar to H4 "song of peace" to the enemy?

Strike and return is the basis of the Harpy (like the Blood Maiden) so has to be basic and upgrade. With no retaliation it has a much bigger advantage...so that's why it's upgrade.
Agree with the Pacification ability.....being similar to Song of Peace spell from H4...although it might work like bad morale....

Song of Peace was one hell of an unbalanced spell, it's unlikely to provide a Core creature with such a powerful crowd control instrument. The ability sounds like something that reduces the offensive capabilities of certain creature but not to that extent.

Well the Succubus is also a Core unit and it has Seduce.....also seems too powerful for a Core unit.....
Maybe the pacification works better the more sister troops you have....

I was saying, it could be the other way around. wouldn't you upgrade your harpies to get strike and return? it's a very nice improvement too.

It's like the Blood Maidens / Sisters from H5, they are a strike & return creature so this is their nature....for downgrade you have to maybe sacrifice some troops when you do the striking cos of retaliation, but with upgrades you don't have to worry about this....
I hear what you saying about putting it the other way around, but the defense of them is probably low so the strike & return helps this...

yesterday, playing as inferno, I thought it would be fine if leap could be used to just move, and not only for attacking. an idea for the kappa of course.
