They don't rob you, you can choose which edition to buy. What are you, 14-15? There won't be extra creatures for the CE and we don't even know what "living artifacts" means yet.

I don't like this money-addicted humans anymore, making every possible attemt to rob people from more money by releasing extra versions of games and such crab you can only do online.
Blerghh I will download this if they do this, but I won't pay for downloads, that is cheap and their own fault, i'm ready to buy a FULL game, but if they do cheap things that only some humans can play with i'm finished with it, I will download the stuff illigal.
Well, on the bright side, they don't charge 80 euros like they do for other games' collector editions. It's just 46 euros.

The only thing in this edition that I'm interested it (besides the game of course) is this.

I'm gonna have to see the difference in price between the regular version and this one to see if that alone is worth it.

You do know that collecter's editions are orderable online, don't you? And that they ship to just about any EU country.
And it's not Holland! It's the Netherlands. France isn't just Paris and the fifty kilometers around it either. Nor does the USA consist of just NY, LA, Chicago and San Fransico.
Know that you can insult quite a few Dutchmen by calling them Hollanders.

No, because I hate extra editions so much it hurts, just like I hate mobile phones, idols/popstars and such programms and EVERYTHING from 2000 and beyond... it just makes me sad that i'm human with all these money hungry wolves around me.
I expected it from Boon and his MOrtal kombat... but I didn't expected it from a HOMM game... i'm sure we await a very dark and unfair future.
Anyway I NEVER see this extra mount anyway, as I never buy extra editions, they are always gone before I have a chance to buy them, and I don't reserve my games as French never have any special editions around.
Come on, it´s not like there will be 1 epic mount in the whole freakin game. The fact that they include that in a collectors edition means that there are a lot of mounts and epic mounts in the game for all to use and that the whole idea of changing mounts actually seems to have been implemented. (Thats what i meant)

This is great news b/c I think it makes the release of the game much more tangible and real than before. I'd definitely buy the collector's edition and think its great that they're offering it. I'd also never illegally download the game though, and I'm not entirely sure what is so upsetting about the collector's edition b/c it doesn't give a strategic advantage. I could definitely see outrage if paying more $$ gave an advantage, but it doesn't seem to.
I do have a question though: When do you guys think this will be released into the US? It seems that this edition is for Europe only, or am I wrong? I only want to play the game in English.

Ubisoft being a french company, they aren't as USA-focused as NWC used to be (Heroes Chronicles wasn't even available in many european countries).
The H5 Collector was available for everyone. I remember seeing shelves full of the H5 collector and still people bought the normal one and then complained on the boards that they had no map of Ashan and no collector edition "hero trail".

The CE available in Romania will probably be in English. I've seen no CE translated in Romanian.
People, you have options! There are many online stores (game uk, the hut, shopto.net, amazon, ebay etc.) and I think every European country is covered.

I don't remember the exact names or which region got what, but I do remember for Heroes 5 there were multiple versions released. I believe there was a Limited Edition (which I got here in the U.S.), a Collector's Edition, and a Super Collector's Edition.
So, until Ubi actually announces it, there may be a different version of Heroes 6 based on where you are.

Call me antiquated but I don't like buying online. I would rather cross the frontier to buy the game (and that's what I did with H5 and expansions)

So just because you're not prepared to pay for extra goodies Ubisoft is greedy?
Isn't it you who is kinda greedy for expecting freebies?
Anyway, I have this collector's edition of Blazblue behind me that costed less than the original game; at release.
And that one ain't even the supa-dupa special american edition that had this little japanese figurine and even more artwork and stuff, or the supa-dupa special version with limited Blazblue Mana Energy drink. All for the same price as the stock game.
So... Collector's Editions aren't always evil, and there are still companies that value their fans.

It says "Griffins" and I assume it refers to the Griffin dynasty or empire.

I think you're confusing "Collector" and "Limited" editions. H5 had both versions, but the limited collector didn't add anything new to the game compared to the collector. The limited collector added the special box, the artbook (the collector only had a booklet) and the coin.
The difference between H6 normal and H6 collector is that H6 collector will include some DLC which people with the normal version will have to buy - just like it happened with Civilization 5 where people who bought the digital version were offered the Babylonian civ (and people with a retail version could buy the civ for a few euros). But the "real" collector version of a game is never limited, if your gameshop doesn't have it, it's because they decided not to get it.
