Man, I was so hoping for a figurine or something. I guess they didn't want to overshadow the Archangel Michael sculpture/figurine they were planning to make.
Also, how is it possible that the official soundtrack won't be included in the CE? Almost all the games include the OST in their CE, and Heroes should make no exception. The music of Heroes games is legendary.

One month later and Ubisoft still haven't said a word about this edition. The game has definitely been delayed until May.

And don't you get roped in preordering the digital deluxe pack either. It has no shirt and no ring.

I suppose you can get it at other stores. But Pre-ordering with Ubi gives you an extra ingame Hero and Artifact.

Ok, and that. Though I, personally, care more about actual game content than a beta-key.

Hi, I just bought the collectors edition on ubisofts site but I do not understand why I did not get a beta key. Is it because there is no beta yet or what? I would appreciate information about the beta and its key because I really want to play the beta.

Be patient.

I posted in another thread regarding this. After a two week battle with Ubisoft support I finally got an answer. I am in the U.S, I have a friend in Portugal and a friend in Norway. No one can order the Collector Edition. Why? Because according to ubisoft it can't exist. They are not going to sell it through their store, and no stores over here carry the preorder.
Here we go
Ubisoft support sent me to Ubisoft shop support because they didn't know what came with games, fine.
Ubisoft shop told me that they don't know what they're selling and sent me to Ubisoft support.
I contacted Ubisoft support PREORDERS again and they told me that they didn't know what preorders were, sent me to Ubisoft shop support again and closed my ticket Ubisoft shop sent me BACK AGAIN to Ubisoft support. I reopened my ticket. It was closed the next day, no response. I opened it again and finally got a response...
"As indicated previously, we do not have any
information about what will be included with
the different versions available. However, I
can tell you that we do not sell physical
copies of our games on our own online store.
All PC titles are download-only. Thank you
for your understanding in this matter"
The Collector Edition does not exist because they do not sell physical copies of their games, that is probably why you cannot get the additional heroes because it can't go through Ubisoft. I don't know who it goes through, no stores in the States at least have the preorder available.
Kind of funny though how they won't sell their own games anymore and take two weeks to have an actual person respond to their tech support.
Since my ticket they have changed two sections of the Heroes main page, first they added the comparison page that went along with the
youtube, then they removed the main link to it.
Why have a preorder button if you can't buy it from Ubisoft? I'm so disappointed with Ubisoft as a company, especially after I followed them when they purchased the game from 3DO. I don't think I am going to waste my money on this game after all, I'm sure it will be available for free soon enough.

What do you mean no one can preorder? I recently did that on this site.
http://shop.ubi.com/store/ubiemea/sv_SE/pd/productID.226334700
I then pressed FÖRBESTÄLLNING(preorder in swedish) where I later confirmed the preorder of collectors edition for 750kr(about 75 euro).
I have since that read the thread about different editions and got even more worried that I will get a lesser version or something because I want EVERYTHING! I hate not having everything clear to me and this is starting to feel like when I preordered Dragon Age 2 signature edition. First I had to make sure I got the right edition and stuff and once I got it I had to mess around with codes, websites and downloads to make sure I got every bonus. May seem like whining to others but I am the kind of guy who feel unpleasant and worries a lot when new things or situations are not crystal clear.

It is very simple, actually. And if people read the thread first before they post, it would cause them to say a lott less stupid stuff.
The fact of the matter is that Ubisoft makes the physical collector's Edition only available for some countries. So for instance, France and Denmark can order one, but the Netherlands and the USA cannot.
If you cannot order one from ubisoft, it means that your country has a low likelyhood of buying Heroes games.

Strange if Norway can not preorder while Sweden can and would it not be a waste of income chance to exlude USA from preordering even if ubisoft are based in France or somewhere else?

It is very strange and it is for that reason that I likely will not buy the game. I've been playing Heroes of Might and Magic since I was five years old and unlike the rest of my family I followed Ubisoft. Now, with shoddy customer support, confusing websites and exclusion of countries I really feel disrespected by this company.
I do not want to pay $50 for a digital download of a game, that's just outrageous. I would pay that, and then some for a physical copy with all the goodies. I happen to have a shelf just for collector editions (Including HoMM V) and I'm disappointed.
Be very, very careful when you are ordering. The links for 'collector edition' often take you just to the general store and the only available options for many countries are 'Deluxe' download and 'Standard' download. The Ubisoft statement says quite clearly that they do not sell physical copies of their games.

Too bad that a long time fan stops buying the next game for something like this. They should make it clear what you get in what edition, how u get it, where and when u can get it. Noobs like me and other people can easily get frustrated and confused.
