I opened a fb account because all my friends told me they loved it. (One of the last times I have taken advice from that particular group). It bores the hell out of me. People posting that they are enjoying a glass of wine ..... who cares!!!! Good thing is you can hide these annoying individuals (banish them forever). As a result I now have nothing to log in for  , unless the insomnia kicks in and I can waste a few hours playing the mindless fb games. But now I have HC ....

Things are slightly different between us but i'm not going into that as its between Acu and me. He doesn't drink that much anymore so your out of luck .

My facebook account was created for me against my will by a former member of this forum.
Since then it has grown into an uncontrollable mini addiction. I've never been into any of those lame games. Don't have the time, patience, or care for any of them. I used to have a bad habit of adding everyone who sent me a friend request. "Oh, I think I may vaguely know that person through a mutual friend. ADD!"
I don't do that anymore though.
I pretty much use facebook to keep in touch with my family and friends that I can no longer see on a daily basis due to my "job".

Was originally going to post this on "what is love."
So I recently posted this on FB (well, I'll translate it for you, nothing is getting lost, it doesn't rhyme anyway, it may lose some rhythm, but it never had a lot of that either) (in hindsight, it sounds a little less silly in Dutch):

I guess you're right about that, must've taken some schrapnel in my head, then.
