now...the medusa worship is on the grow...what do they expect form their followers?
choose 1-4!!!
Obedience to any order they give
OR
Protection for them by their followers
OR
Food given to them
OR
Openly worshipping them and spreading the word that medusas are the divine race
OR
Sacrifices of persons (humans, elves, etc...)
OR
GIving all their wealth to the medusas
OR
Throwing all their wealth away
OR
A good idea by you

Medusas are awesome.

And this is great, since the Medusas now can be almost godlike. Totally overpowered. 
So please, please Jiriki lets make them able to insta-kill every unit in the game?  (or at least core-champion...)
Besides, would you rather have gnomes as their favored creature?

One simple answer - they are people. If you haven't notice, people do strange stuff for no reason. Also, it sounds fun. "Hey, folks, have you heard about those medusas?" "Medu-what?" "Medusas - you know - ugly, cursed women, with snakes for hair, tail and bat wings." "Holy Creator! (or some other god, divine energy etc.) I so want to see them!!!" "Ok - give them all of your farm animals and pledge your souls to me, their priest, and you will have a wonderful life." "That is so great..." See?

that's a good question - why would they?
Choose one...With choices where it's probable, you may also combine 2 choices...
Because they believe that the end of the world is near and only the medusae bring salvation
OR
They are mainly worshipped by those neglected by their original culture and religion
OR
tehy ARE brainwashed i.e. mind controlled...though they don't know and the other folks of Ashan cannot find EVIdence
OR
because they think sacrificing themselves to the Medusas is a direct ticket to Heaven
OR
the medusas actually DO good things as well..healing, curing, caring, they offer protection etc. - they DO posses quite some powers

(though they still want BLOOD )
Edit: May I also note that Medusas are NOT Ugly, they are fricking hot. So naturally everyone worships them.

one more question about htis new religion:
shall there be a centralistic hierarchy in the medusas?
Yes, they have some kind of leader (queen?)
OR
Yes, they have at least some kind of central worship (and thus, central dwelling place of medusas)
OR
No, the few medusas left have, with their plans in mind, spread over the world...
