like in H5, there are sub-skills & skill-cross prerequesites
This so much, best thing about H5 imo.

so now, besides the magical skills (those bound to a certain magical school), which shall be there? WIll jus tbe yes/no questions, probably...suggestiosn can allways be pned me, of course

ok...how can we bring such a thing to skills instead of defense-bonus
Defense (increased effect of "defense" command)
OR
Defense (Your troops take less damage from physical attacks - damage reduction rather than defense-increasement)
OR
Counterstrike (Your troops gain additional retaliations)

Shouldn't be that they take less damage from everything including spells, to make it different from the previous version?
Even simpler just make the skill increase the health of the units or something.
(only problem I see with that is spells like resurrection will be weaker, but that can be fix other ways.)

Going on with the old skills, but not jus tin Yes-No anymore
Logistics (Increases the (land) army movement per day)
OR
Pathfinding (Reduces the penalty on difficult terrain (land))
