@vindi: Sorry, I have to revoke the last question 3. I said, in the post before, that I want Dalia to have a Unit enhancement, because we have none yet, and I want at least one hero with Archive to have one.

After each battle they are able to spend a relatively small amount of resources to raise some their fallen troops. This only applies to non-living units.
Advancing in this racial allows you to repair higher-level troops, and increases the number of units that can be repaired.
I think that for them, we should have more unit enhancers. but to that, later. Now, the names.
