@Jiriki9,what about Spear of Fury or Striking(Stunning) Spear?
To not slow the process,if you dont take one of these two,than I choose Elven Spear.

I think Spear of Fury sounds very nice!!! 
1. Shall the bonus on movement be percentual to the max movement or not?
I think it may be easier to hve some combined artifacts first, and make the "set" artifacts for them afterwards.
2. Which of these Combined Artifacts related to dragons do you want to have in?
!Choose 0-3!
a dragonbone artifact(combined from various Dragonboen artifacts)

a Dragonskin artifact(combined from various Dragonskinartifacts)
AND/OR
a Draconic artifact (combined from various different dragon Artifacts)
