So, we got the home terrains:
Haven - Rock
Necropolis - Dead Land/Cursed Land
Rampart - Forest Earth
Stronghold - Desert
Abyss - Cold Volcanic
Sanctuary - Tropical/Jungle
Keep - Grass
Fortress - UNderground Rock/Stone
Dungeon - Grotto
But there will be other terrains, not home terrain for a faction.
I assume Swamp & Snow are definitely in. Not only are they classical but also really important for a variant landscape, imo.
Other terrains are maybe questionable
Shall there be a "Shore" terrain
OR
shall just all terrains be able to meet water?

what about a badlands/dust/wastelands terrain?
I imagine it like a dry and dusty, not very fertile, non-desert terrain, with not many plants.
Yes or No?

But I think, you missed somthing  Underground hard rocks much fit than the sand. Because sand cannot be solid
