I am not going to allow an Apothecary or a Techmarine. Both are way too valuable to loan out to Death Watch Kill Teams. If you want to be a Space Marine, you will be limited to a Tactical, Assault, or Scout role.
Since it might be tricky to incorporate the Death Watch without Ordo Xenos participation, we could incorporate you by having a local chapter send a representative to assist the inquisitor.

Good good. I knew being an Apocathery or Techmarine was out of the question. Hmmm... Tactical Marine is the "regular" Space Marine right? And Assault is the Jet-pack guy? Cool.
Anyway I think I'll be the Space Marine, and I got a story going through my mind already(where I was thinking about explaining why an Deathwatch marine works for Ordo Hereticus) but I'll run it by Omega before posting it.

and so my background history collapses onto itself...I think. Say, is it common practice for Inquisitors to have a Deathwatch Space Marine with them on their missions? All I can now come up with as an excuse to have a Deathwatch Space Marine on the team is the flimsy excuse of "He hates heretics and sticks around with Inquisitors from the Ordo Hereticus order." But then the question would be whether or not that is even allowed xP
But Azagal at least made it sound like the Deathwatch was used by all members of the inquisitors earlier so maybe I misunderstood the things I learned and- BAAH! I'm rambling without purpose again!

I never ment to suggest that they regularily work with the other Ordos of the Inquisition I was merely explaining how I believed it would make the most sense for an Inqusitor to request a Deathwatch SM if they needed one. That and the fact that Omega only allowed Deathwatch SM (atleast that's what the masterpost says ).
And no SM are exceptionally rare ergo they don't usually accompany anything on missions as Individuals from what I know they usually atleast operate in company strength when dispatched somewhere unless they act as a representative(s).

Hmmm. I herby revoke my dibs on the Deathwatch Space Marine.
I think I'll be an operative, mystic or banisher instead. Just got a question: How does this whole "Imperial Navy/Army" thing work? Can you retire from it? If so I was thinking about being an Operative who have earlier worked for the Imperial Navy.

You could have left for any number of reasons:
-Desertion. Be forewarned, the commissar may take exception to that.
-Medical discharge.
-Conscripted by a previous inquisitor to be a pilot/soldier for the Inquisition.
-Retirement. You just got too old. 
You could be like Kip and be a mercenary as well.

@WO: I think that I'll also share this privilage, due to me being one of the 'core' team rather then cannon fodder.
I also envy you for the opportunities to purchase codexes and such :/
the only WH40K books I own are the Eisenhorn trilogy and some books from the Horus Heresy series.

My char is in the Segmentum Obscurus, in the Cypra Mundi system.
We don't know where Ares is, as it is a world that Omega made up it would appear.
