Unstoppable charge: If the Warrior Chariot moves at least three spaces this turn before hand, then it moves through enemy stacks blocking its path, damaging them for 1/3 of the damage they would normally deal. Must be able to stop movement on an open space, and the W. Chariot cannot go through walls or obstacles.

Looks like some kind of "reward" is needed here.
So... I will draw the favorite Heroes unit/hero of the winners, doing something of their choosing (keep it work safe).
It's not much but it's something.

SOOO. Sicne noone wanted to enter any more. this poor upgrade gets only one additional ability. *sniff*.
Also, it is time for a change.
We will now come to a different topic than unit abilities in these side-contests:
Heroes:
For the beginning, some basics about heroes in the cg-homm-vision:
-Hero role in abttle is the same as in H5: they have their own turn (though the turn system still is that of H3!), in which they can wait, attack, or use an ability/spell.
-Heroes still have the usual stats Attack, Defense, Spellpower and Knowledge.
-All heroes start out with one of 14 Basic classes: 1 for each faction and 5 neutral classes. when advancing enough and meeting prerequesites, they can choose 1 of a whole lot of prerequesites
-Each hero of a faction starts out with one of the factions racials.
if you want more info, you can get it here on page 1, in posts 1 (general info) and 7 (hero classes & skills)
now, let's just start with the next round
Round 8
So, the following rounds will all be about creating heroes. This time, the task is the following:
Create a Blood Lord (Abyss Hero) with Gating as Racial. It shall be no campaign hero.
The hero needs a name, a short Biography and a specialty, all to your choice. You are also free on gender and on race&origin (as long as it's not ridiculous or such)
I hope to get some fresh ideas of you! 
Infos
Abyss:
Abyss is a faction of Demons, but not fiery ones! Instead, the Abyss is a more dark, sinister place, full of pain and shadows.
The Demons follow their respective "Duke of Hell" as living gods (there are 666 Dukes of Hell, but only 13 of importance).
These are valued by Abyss inhabitants, usually (in order of importance. the higher the number the higher the value)

Unpredictability 75

Creativity 65
Ambition 50
Productivity 50
Gating:
Similar to H5. The Blood Lord can order their demonic troops to call in reinforcement for the battle. Doing so, the creature uses a turn and palces a gate, from which, after a while, a stack of the same creature will appear and fight alongside you, until the battle is won, or the creature dead.
Advancing Gating increases the percentage in size the gated stack has in relation to the gating stack, as well as which units can be gated.
-Basic Gating
Allows Core Units to use Gating
-Advanced Gating
Allows Elite Units to use Gating, but with 50% efficiency
-Expert Gating
Allows Elite Units to use Gating with full efficiency
-Master Gating
Allows Champion Units to use Gating

Anyway, I did a mistake by basing the bio on the racial ability 
I've spent too much time writing this, however, so I will leave it as it is.
Szorn, incubus Blood Lord
Specialty: *Undecided*(Jir or someone else will have to create on for me as I don't know a whole lot about balance...)
Szorn has always viewed himself as more of a lover than a fighter.
A lover of practical jokes, that is.
He takes great delight in fooling the enemy into believing they're dealing with an inferior army,
only to rain down on them minutes after with legions from "beyond".
This dubious tactic has been contested many a time by his own followers.

Biography: There is nothing Gort likes as much as the screams of agony of his prisoners. His torture chambers are famed across the land; truly none who have entered them have ever returned. This is transferred to the battle-field as well; it has been said that troops would collapse in agony from what seems to be a light wound.
Specialty: Increases every unit's damage under his command by 2% every other level.

Set
AKA: Abyssal flame lord.
Class: Blood Lord
Specialty: Deals 2% more damage with fire spells every level.
Bio: Fire is always on the destructive little demon's mind, but in the case of Set it is a near obsession. He loves watching things burn and he loves to figure out how to make them burn better, giving him a reputation for being the best flame bender in any kingdom. His appearance as a human boy has thrown off many a paladin and witch hunter who looked for a Demon Lord, giving him another title of "The untouchable." Set has only been reborn once, and that was only because he accidentally blew himself up... Something he hasn't lived down to this day.

I realized a (very short) summary of Abyss and Gating must be necessary, especially since soem participate here who dont in the creational game.
So, gave soem information in the task-post.
@gnomes: the "every demon" in your hero's bio should be changed, since we went for a not so fiery demon vision...
EDIT: comon people, it's not too much of a work, and we need much heroes!

So...a week after the deadline and it stayed for 3 entries. I confess I expected some more. So...since I think all 3 heroes are fine, and we need wuite much, all will come into the CG - a bit altered maybe. However, here are comments and scores.
Szorn, Incubus Blood Lord
Well, the bio is ok, I miss a special, ofcourse, though you gave me the option to just invent my own... 5 points, I'd say.
Gort
On general, the special is fine, but a bit too strong imo, it may need to be rebalanced. Also: does it work for EVERY kind of damage (=also spell damage, ranged damage, etc.)? However, 7 points
Set
Overall, a nice hero! Of course abyss is not so fiery, but having one pyromancer is nice nevertheless. Concern is very minor - we haven't talked about how and why demons (even Blood Lords) should be reborn. Still, 8,5 points.
For Szorns Special I'd jsut go for something Incubus-enhancing. Maybe I'll make it a question in the cg main thread, anyway...
Heroes - Round 2:
Well, we stay with Abyss for the moment. But we change the special. THis week, the task is to create a Blood Lord with Soul Gathering as racial. The hero shall, again, get a special and a bio.
Note: Soul Gathering, as Gating before, is racial, not the hero's special.
Soul gathering:
For every being with a soul killed by the blood lord or his units, the blood Lord gains a Soul. With souls, powerfull abilities can be used.
The Level of the racial determines which abilities a blood Lord can use. THe Maximum of Souls he can carry is determined by the Racial and his Hero Level. And the power of the Abilities is influenced by the hero level, too, as well as Spell Power Value of the Hero.
Deadline is friday, 20th of February. If you want more info, as allways, feel free to ask.

Sereth
AKA: Soul Drinker
Class: Blood Lord
Race: Half-demon
Bio: Sereth is the semi-mortal progeny of a Blood Lord and an elven maiden. The demon left her alive for the sole reason that it felt the more sadistic thing would be to force her to give birth to the child, after Sereth's birth he enslaved the woman and had one of his minions raise the child. His mixed birth gives Sereth a different kind of soul, one that takes and takes and takes. But what can a soul take from a physical body? Nothing but their souls. Other full-blooded demons that try to do what Sereth does tend to do a poor job in comparison.
Ability effects: After a few points are accrued, Sereth's hero attacks become more powerful (passive). After a moderate amount of stack kills, Sereth may make a special attack that causes all corpses on the battlefield to explode, dealing damage to all creatures around them and using up all of the souls drained. After the maximum amount of souls are drained, Sereth may use an attack that works much like the spell Call of Urgash/ word of light, but it affects all creatures than the creatures from Abyss, it uses up all gathered souls.
