So far I have the 2nd military company(necrotic troops) planned:
Revenant->Strigoi(zombie like)-core
Lich or Necromancer or something like this-elite
Ankou->Death Reaper(skeletons with scythes in chariots)-champion

I could to the 3rd company living mixed with undead.

Ah, ok. Then how about the religious aspect here? The Deathcren clergy, more or less. It could still include ghosts (I'd like that) and also some necromantic priests

Deathcren clergy is now a part from the 2nd military company.Ghosts could be fit in a 3rd military company.

I could use:

Plague Troops(needs a better name)
-Plague Medic(core)
-Some kind of undead plague beast
-???

Horrors of the Netherworld
Ghosts?Wraiths?Or even something more horror?

Deathcren Clergy(again needs a better name)
switch grim and necrotic clerics from Necrotic troops with another corporal undead(a vampire perhaps?) and in this company to put also incorporeal units

or a better idea

Sounds nice... (a bit long ofcourse

overall, the split into 3 sub-factions. I think though, every faction should have a different "Civilian" unit + a choice between 3 different line-ups having 3 creatures each (plus special buildings in town). You can choose any 2. Also, the path that you choose affects the upgrade choice of your Civilian unit, and possibly the upgrade choice of the other paths (so a Lich with Flesh Path will become a Reanimator while a Lich with Spirit Path will become an Archlich).

Examples in Inferno, Necropolis, Academy and Dungeon:

Necropolis

Civilian: Zombie (Ghoul/Plague Zombie/Wight)

Path of Flesh: Mummy, Vampire, Death Knight- all about durability and relatively good damage, weakness is slow speed.

Path of Bone: Skeleton, Lich, Bone Wyrm- the most versatile of the paths.

Path of Spirit: Ghost, Banshee, Wraith- units are generally weaker yet more expensive, but are Incorporeal and have some serious debuff abilities!

Inferno

Civilian: Imp (Fire Imp/Familiar/Vermin)

Path of Flame: Gog, Nightmare, Efreet- all about damage and speed (plus resistance/immunity to Fire), weakness is vulnerability.

Path of Corruption: Possessed, Incubus/Succubs (dual forms), Devil- all about debuff abilities, generally weaker stats.

Path of Torment: Tormentor, Juggernaught, Pit Lord- a balance of damge and durability, offset by relative lack of abilities.

Academy:

Civilian: Gremlin (Mechanic/Apprentice/Scout)

Path of Machines: Golem, Immortal, Dragon Gun (a massive gatling gun manned by two Gremlins)- all about strong melee offense, slowness is big disadvantage.

Path of Arcane: Wadjet, Mage, Djinn- all about magical abilities, weakness is vulnerability and expensive price.

Path of the Desert: Nomad, Roc, War Elephant- all about mobility and relatively good damage, relative lack of abilities.

Dungeon:

Civilian: Troglodyte (Troglock/Dragon Guard/Scarred Troglodyte)

Path of Shadows: Stalker, Matriarch, Mind Reaver (a juvenile Faceless)- all about debuffs and mobility, weakness is relative vulnerability and not the best damage.

Path of the Wyrm: Fell Wyrm, Drake Rider, Hydra- all about mobility and damage, weakness is very expensive prices.

Path of the Changed: Beholder, Minotaur, Chimera- very balanced with no real weakness or advantage.

And so and so on...

Civilian will have of course an different appearance for every faction,but their function will be the same.

I don't have a 100% fully undead faction,but a faction with both living and undead troops.

I decided to don't use the "classical" towns,but instead new ones.

I don't like the idea of dark elves.

really liked your ideas so far !

just a side note:
About the title of Sandro, you do know that count is one of the lowest levels of a feudal vassal, right? It;s only above baron (lowest landed title) and non-landed nobles.
A more suitable title for a dictator should be one of the following: King/Emperor (usually in monarchies and empires), High Lord, Despot and many more. just not count (even through it sounds good).

Clerics are more support units,the upgrade have the raise dead spell,while both have basic and upg have blesses and curses.Prophets are more focused on damage,they have powerful area spells,like Meteor Shower or Inferno.

What do you think should I do next?

1.Post Description and Troops for Azabin Empire(desert lizard people)
OR
2.Post Description and Troops for Sanctum(swamp civilization,perhaps an Aztec like one)
OR
3.Post Abilities and Units' description for the already posted factions.
