You are right.Changed the spiders from Imperial Division with Lancer->Phalanx.
Added 2nd Azabin military company.Camel knight switched to Desert Troops and Bonecrusher put in the Imperial Division.

Nice troops now, though I still have some points:
Gunpowder units sounds a bit ...well - uncool.I'd prefer some better name for the troop... and the spider still seems not that fit there, as long as it has that name, at least...

I know the spider doesn't fit,but I don't have ideas for core units that fit in the gunpowder company.
Instead of Gunpowder units I could use:Mechanized Company or Firepower Battalion.

How about bringing alchemists into the name? That would fit firepowder AND spiders...

Great Idea 
edit:Changed 3rd company name and improved the spiders from the same company.
I have several ideas of what I could do next.Help me to make a decision.
1.Post Description and Troops for Stronghold(barbarians,very different from original heroes 3 barbarian faction)
OR
2.Post Description and Troops for Outpost(inhabitants of the icy wastelands)
OR
3.Post Abilities and Units' description for the already posted factions.

The similarities between Austricius,Deathcren and 1st company of Outpost's Troops is because they influence each other.Austricius and Deathcren were part of the same kingdom and the most of humans that are living in the Frozen Lands migrated from these two kingdoms.

Yeah, I see it makes sense. Yet it also makes the factions less distinct from each other in gameplay...

How about switching the footman from Castle Royal Army with the old good Griffin/Gryphon?So the castle still have crusader->templar as heavy infantry and more flying units.
Also added common buildings.

EDIT: looking at the buildings I miss mainly one thing: where do you get the gatapult. Also no tsure about the altar and upgrades...

Heroes starts with a basic catapult that they may upgrade to the unique faction catapult/siege unit if there's one at the Siege Workshop.I will try to find a new more economical oriented ability for the altar and upgrades to fit more in the common buildings.
