Plz help me
I downloaded and installed Era + WOG in first topic. It worked very well, except one thing: it didn't take RMG file. I'm trying use my RMG file but it didn't work, instead it random something like Ring, 8MM6, 8XM12 ..... which i never like them. I just want to play my RMG (8xm8) map. Without Era, RMG file work very well. I don't know it is Era's fault or not but here my list mod:
WoG
Fast animated battle
New Interface Mod
Yona
Morn battlefield
Advanced battle hint
Dtnamang portrait (change hero avatar).
Select your battle field.
If you know where is error, plz reply to me. Thank you !
Edit: I love random maps which have lots of relic, utopia and strong monster guard. If you know any map like that, introduce me.

Era is not affecting the rmg, this is the HD mod you use. Add your rmg to its list then select it. Or don't play with HD mod.

Wow ! You know i'm using HD mod But I don't understand, i mean how to add a RMG.txt file to HD mod ? I really thx u if u could talk detail about it.
For sure, I'm using HD+ mod from: https://sites.google.com/site/heroes3hd ,not from Ubisoft.

For sure, I'm using HD+ mod from: https://sites.google.com/site/heroes3hd ,not from Ubisoft.
open your game map, something like this
Heroes 3 Complete_HD3_DataTemplates
the _HD3_DataTemplates is the HD modīs templates.
Just add a new folder in it, name it to whatever you think is best, inside that map put the rmg.txt file
Now you should see your own template in the menu

Hi,
I've just installed the lastest version of EraII on windows 7, in c:/games. But when I try to run it, I get this message:
Assert violation in file "D:SoftProgrammingDelphiSourceSRCUnits_OLDER_GameExt.pas" on line 407.
Error at address: $4D918A5.
How do I solve it?

Note:
- There is no compatibility settings
- I tried taking the windows protection in system properties
- Its not installed in program files
- There is no mods installed, its a fresh install

atmos55, I had same problem when I installed ERA first time on Windows 7. I reinstalled Heroes 3, turned off Windows Firewall and Antivirus, than I install ERA again, and it is working for me.

I just did that. Now I get a new error message: missing mss32.dll

You need Heroes Complete or Sod edition, preferably Gog one. Don't install over wog 3.58, better use clean HoMM version. Other than that, must not be in program files, then should be ok. I also own win7 and no problems.

Great, now it works thanks to a combination of all your suggestions. I played a bit and it seems all fine.
But now when I run the map editor, h3wmaped, I get runtime error 216 at 00243b16
I didnt install any mods yet, just a fresh ERA 2 install.

The normal editor, h3maped works fine, just the h3wmaped that does'nt work.
