Rincewind stands up with Tristan's help, muttering some genuine Ankh-Morporkian jargon under his breath.

"Yeah, why not. Let's go to the docks. Better than standing here waiting for a bow to fall on us, I suppose."

Mat hesitated as he started towards the door, "Listen, Rince. Good job today and good luck. You too Trist. Oh, and if you two find the time..." Setting down the dragonfly heads, Mat walked after Broindur, "See if you can't trade those in for some more money."

He walked quickly, catching up to his companion with anger issues. "Let's get going. Those ghosts won't wait for us forever~" He said lightheartedly, not stopping to chat as he began retracing his steps.

Walking dead, those you should be scared of or people who have drunk the Black Water, but there is no such things as ghosts." Broïndur replied, his tone already much lighter than the incident should have left him.
Broidur stared fishing in his pockets while he and Mat walked.
"Oh, before I ferget, here is yer part of this mornin's bounty." He handed Mat a small pouch with the 113 coins he still owed him.
The walked to the edge of the town.
"Hold on," Broïndur said, "We'd best be lightin' this lantern before we head outatown. Much easier to search a dark ship with a lit lantern. Ehhhhhh" Broïndur looked around and quickly spotted a  lit torch suspended from a wall. He quickly dashed towards it and lit the lantern.
"Alright, that should do just fine. Lead the way."

Tristan, Rincewind:

As the docks aren't far, you unsurprisingly make it to them without issue—possibly helped by the pair of guards stationed at the inn, also not far away. The area isn't nearly as busy now as it was earlier in the day; most of the little fishing boats are gone or at least empty, and the activity present seems to be centered around the larger ships—especially the yacht (heavily patrolled) and the Turquoise Bay.

----------------

Mat and Broïndur:

You make it out of town and set off for the wreck. The buzzing from the swamps has died down, to be replaced by the much closer and higher-pitched buzz of mosquitoes—lots of them. Moths also flutter around the lantern from time to time, but these are neither as prevalent nor as annoying.

You come within site of the wreck not long after unless you keep time in mosquito bites; it's dark and quiet except for an occasional hollow clanking.

"You obviously haven't seen much of the Dark One's touch on the world yet." Mat chuckled, nervously. "People that have been bloody dead walking the world, flaming spirits that melt men when they touch them, a town that bloody everyone goes bloody insane at every bloody sunset, flaming kill everyone else and then wake up in the morning not remembering anything..." He shook his head, "Let me tell you friend, not only are there ghosts these days, but there are far, far worse... Then again, I don't put muc stock in Wincey's doom and gloom tale either. Most boats don't have a 'You really should be dead' crew on them, and most wrecks are just ship wrecks."

At the ship, Mat gave a little bow and gestured. "Behold, for I have led us to our destination!" He gave a sly wink and said, "Let's see if Wincey was just being spooked, or if there really are some ghosts on here, aye?" He personally hoped for the former, but the later might be nice as well, because wouldn't THAT be an adventure?

"Perhaps were you come from. But I'll won't be believin' in it untill I see it." Broïndur dismissed.
"Behold, for I have led us to our destination! Let's see if Wincey was just being spooked, or if there really are some ghosts on here, aye?"
"Hrrmh, well, Rincewind was certainly right about one thing. We're gonna need this lantern te see our hands in front of our faces. But given how intact it is, I'm rather glad about our agreement on what te do with spoils. We only have te splitt it 'tween the two of us."
Broïndur hooked the lantern on his belt.
"But we'll need both our hands te climb aboard this wreck. Let's go."
Broïndur started climbing.

Broïndur finds a length of rope dangling down the slick sides of the ship, and starts up it when it seems secure. But most of the way up, it suddenly gives out and he falls to the ground, the broken end above him touching down not long after. ((Take minor damage.))

He had been looking for an entrance on a different part of the ship when his companion fell, so Mat had a ways to go to find the source of the noise. And that's where he found his companion. Mat scratched the back of his head as he looked at Broindur. "Um... want a little help?" The ranger asked... helpfully...

"Um... want a little help?" Mat asked.
Broïdur grunted. "No, I've been in worse shape than this." He said as he got up again himself. He shook his head to chase away the haziness.
"Hold on." Broïndur opened the chest on his back, onto which he landed and in which he had since placed the rest of the loot he aquired in the temple. It was shaken about, but since he had wrapped the potion with the cloak, sash and put the contents into the biggest of the three boots, the flask was visibly shaken but not damaged in any way.
"It survived the fall. Good."
Meanwhile Mat had wandered to the hole in the hull and Broïndur followed him.
"Hrrhm. You might just squeeze through there, I'm not te sure about meself. But we can soon fix that."
Broïndur firmly gripped the upper edge of the hole. The wood was in better shape then that inside the temple but it was soaked. He placed one foot against a large rock. And then tugged.
The wood creaked ominously. The second time, Broïndur stumbled back holding a large piece of splintered hull-wood in his hands. The hole was now slightly larger.
"One more piece on the other side an' might be able te get through as well."

Rincewind looked at the docks.

"Here we are. And there's the Turquoise Bay - the ship of our saviors. Listen, I got to hear something this morning when most of you left. If I'm right, these fellas are some sort of smugglers. Which means that even if they have that bow, they'll probably charge a high price for it. Be ready to negotiate."

Mat just crawled through, squeezing and squirming slightly but over-all not having too many difficulties. "Not the toughest badger hole I've been through. Here, hand me that lamp of yours and I'll help you clear some of this away." While it hadn't been the tightest of holes, it would probably require more than just one more  loosened board for the green guy to get through. He was big after all.

"Not the toughest badger hole I've been through. Here, hand me that lamp of yours and I'll help you clear some of this away."
Broïndur unhooked the lantern and handed it through the hole to Mat. After a short thought, he handed his chest through as well.
"Hold on te that as well. Should able to get through more easily without that on me back." Broïndur said before trying to break off more timber.
After a few moment more of widening the hole, it should now have been large enough for Broïndur to fit through there.
"<grunt>, better hand ye me axe and shield as well, lest I snag them." Broïndur said. He handed his weapons through the hole as well before sticking his arms and head through it and trying to squirm through the hole.
Which went well, until he was about halfway.
Squirming more, Broïndur notice he was stuck.
"Arrgh, Toins Brood, me belt is stuck on somethin'." Broïndur thrashed his torso left and right several times before the wood gave and he more or less fell inwards.
Getting up he muttered "Always knew Vraccas' kind wasn't welcome on ships" before implicitly demanding his stuff back from Mat.

Fandral descended back into the pitch-black village with only a nary light that came from the guard-post/tower. After a great deal of crashing into barrels and crates and at one point into a trough, he finally found the tavern, still open, which was to his delight.

Fandral barged his way into the inn, though the dense light and heavy smoke clouded his vision, but at least it was warm.

He then walked up to the counter where the master of the boardroom was spitting into mugs and then wiping them 'clean'. Though this did not disgust Fandral at all, seeing how he lived most of his life in taverns.

"Give us a pint my good-man, and if any odd looking strangers, namely a troll, a comic looking monk and an armoured thief show up, give them drinks on me"

---"Whatever you say" Said the innkeeper before taking a large spit into a mug.

Fandral made himself comfortable and drunk his ale...

If nothing happens Fandral will also fall asleep seeing how he's too cheap to order a room.

Mat and Broïndur:

((War: You had better be getting permission from the players for the PCs you're autoing, or you're going to invoke DM ire.))

Broïndur is still stuck in the hole when Mat is attacked, boney fingers clawing at his face from behind and drawing blood.

----------------

Fandral:

Fandral makes his way into the inn; it's busy this time of night, packed to the brim with adventurers boasting or moaning about the day's events. With the guards stationed outside, however, most of the noise inside is good-natured or at least non-violent this time:

"I told him we should have stocked up before we came here, but no—"

"—heard two of Sharktooth's gang were hanging around the lighthouse—"

"Bartender! I need another round of ale for the future Lords of Harmondale!"

"And such a nasty whining voice, but don't tell him I said that...sword arm better than any I've ever seen..."

"—burned to death, the poor souls—"

"...for a fishing boat, I tell you! I could have bought ten of the mangy little rafts back in Erathia for what he wanted...**** locals..."

"...a little bit of gold in the right places and I walk out a free man! Heh." The last from a very loud man with a fine steel chain around his wrist. "Whiney little red-haired ******* stole my sword though, and when I get my hands on him I'm going to—"

"...pretty little thing like you doing in a place like this?"

Fandral also notices a sheet of parchment nailed to a wall near the door; a passing glance reveals only a list of numbers with names written next to each, each crossed out except for the last.

You make it to the bar and order your drinks. ((-4 Gold, one for your drink and one for the other three))

Mat felt his head being pulled back by fingers that scratched into his face and cried out, dropping Broindur's stuff except for his shield, which Mat had jokingly looped around his shoulder. Now, Mat used it to defend himself from the skeletal creature. Jumping back, the warrior prince slammed into the skeleton, knocking it off balance and removing its fingers from the skin of his face while he spun, crouching to slam the shield into its midsection.

"Get your own flaming stuff!" Mat yelled to Broindur, sort of busy at the moment.

The skeleton slams backwards under Mat's blow, but another advances into the lantern light, this one wielding an old bronze scimitar which it uses to slash at his side. Mat can dimly make out a third, further back, this one carrying an empty bottle.

Broïndur scrambled for his axe which was lying roughly around Mats feet. Still a little dazed from falling on his face twice in short timespan, he misjudged the distance. He missed when grabbing for his axe and his momentum made him barrel into the skeleton wielding the scimitar.
He knocked the undead down and landed more or less on top of it.

((A high 2. They outnumber you 3-2 but aren't very strong, and while they aren't very durable they're very persistent. (For the record, most still-living humanoid foes are a 3 or a little higher—which is to say about a 50-50 chance of victory or less—assuming equal numbers.)))

The skeleton with the scimitar goes down under Broïndur's weight, but not out. It flails at him with the sword despite the awkward angle. Meanwhile the skeleton with the bottle closes in and starts swinging with it—leaving it with a makeshift dagger of sorts after a few hits, when the bottom of the bottle breaks.

Using the shield as sort of a clumsy club, Mat smashed the skeleton he was engaged with a few more times, keeping it and its buddy with the bottle back as he made his way back to the staff he had dropped a little way behind him. He heard the bottle smash against the shield, making Mat wince. "Mother's milk in a-" He muttered, grabbing at the leaning staff. Now stuck with the option of either not being able to use his weapon of choice effectively, or exposing himself to much stabbing and loosing his only real defensive piece of equipment.
