I am now greatly "entertained" by dealing with Ubi's broken autoreply script, which says that I have to run DxDiag and attach its report to my case for the FOURth time. Obviously, I have done this right after its first "reply" about this, even though it is useless since the crash/freeze I have manifests itself even in "Quick battle" (offscreen battle) mode turned on.

"This is mindless machine, what else I can expect?" -- I was thinking to myself.

However, there were couple of replies from *supposedly* live people, they at least have NAMES. But those replies seemed to be random, too, totally missing the point. I followed the steps they offered me to do -- though, of course, in vain.

It is interesting if any ACTUAL person with *brain* will ACTUALLY read my description of the issue, and ACTUALLY look at the save-point data and crash-dumps I attached.

I will write back if the issue will go anywhere.

I also expected something like that.

For several weeks I followed dayly the official forum and read a lot of complains about Ubi Support...you're not alone

As promised, I report on "progress" in my Ubisoft support case: two weeks (!) and 33 (!) messages after, no result. Among those 33 messages 17 were idiotic autoresponses that required me to provide information that was already attached; even though I asked to turn this thing off, the support never did.

Last time they said to clear my hosts file, which is network/IP related thing. Obviously, this did not, and even could not help since the crash I have is not related to networking issues whatsoever.

I expect more totally random "advices" on what to do in order to have the game not freezing/crashing -- all of this pleasure without anyone from support really looking at the save-game I attached or even trying to comprehend the issue.
