Ughhh what an absolute joke. I was looking forward to his comeback since he escaped the red wedding, and this is how they do it. No fighting or nothing. He had a chance to escape and help his bloodline succeed but he chose to stay....
He had that badass stare down with Jamie and "sized him up" and then there wasn't even a battle.......he died off screen so maybe.....nah.

I know, they could of at least given him a hallway fight death like they did to poor Barristan. I swear they are killing all the awesome old people all the while Pycell is still kicking.

The characters are what makes this show but...holy hell I have never seen such epic Dragons! and the battle of Winterfell had me watching with my mouth open.

The Dragons are impressive. Personally, I was just thrilled that they worked the Siege of Meereen into the show in some sense.

now that the wolves are all dead(except the white one, i think), the dragons are the only creatures left that i want to see live throughout the show(which at least one most likely won't). at least they are wickedly designed; i love them to death. 
i checked the dragon's actual colors online, but i swear that i saw them in the last episode as black, red, and green(like homm2). anyone else see them in those colors? i could have sworn the two that were locked up were both red(previously), but...

No, you are right, they are black, red and green. The two that were locked up were the red one and the green one.

You might have a point about the Raven, but myself, I actually thought that Sansa didn't know Littlefinger would come (which would be why she didn't say anything to John). After all, we did see several episodes ago that Littlefinger talked the boy-lord of the Veil into sending the knights towards Winterfell, so I assumed that was put into motion well before Sansa sent the Raven.
There's also the question about the distance, how long would it take the Raven to get there, and more importantly, for the Knights to gather and get to Winterfell? Longer than one night I would assume. But either way, this part of the plot felt a bit cliché and very expected; it was almost too unlikely that the knights turned up exactly at the right time at the right spot by chance, so in that light, the raven does make more sense.
Either way, I assume Littlefinger's motivation is that he wants to be lord or the north?

Yeah I could have sworn it was a bronze, green, and black dragon. Speaking of the first two, what exactly did tyrion do early on in the season? I thought he freed them (proving he is a Targaryon  ) but how did they get locked up again? I got to get less stoned for this show lol

He unlocked their chains but apparently they didn't leave lol.
Last episode was very good. The explosion scene was fantastically choreographed. Nerdchills. Also winter is finally here! 
I think we found out the next villain - Cercei. She is dead inside, it seemed to me. Her reign is gonna be short though. Everyone from Dorne to Arya to Dany want her dead lol. Maybe there is no need for other villains when The Night King arrives.
Jon is a stupid character imho. We need more cool male characters.

The crown is a hollow victory after losing your child. :S I also liked Margaery - and frankly all of her House Tyrell. too bad now it will go extict...

My goodness....this finale was epic.
Sadly we didn't see more footage of the hound this season, He is one of my favorite characters.
The queen's vangeance didn't work out as she had liked in the end....

Great episode, the music is epic too.
