Greetings.

I'm experimenting a lot with the rmg.txt and a bunch of other random map making files and mostly it's going swell.

Now what I'm trying to do is to get dragon dwellings in treasure zone. The zone itself is always on sand and has no town/castle in it. Removed all x's from this zones Player towns, Neutral towns, Town types sections.
No specific alignment should mean neutral alignment, no? Or at least a clear random..? but it's neither.
It's always 1 of 3 things. Dwellings are either Castle, Stronghold or neutral. never anything else. This kinda makes no sense. Any way to fix this?
But ok, for now it seems at least half of the time there are neutral dwellings. But what kind of treasure values should I go for? I mean that so I would ALWAYS (or at least increase the chance) get dragon dwellings..? If I go with high values (low/high are the same with density 10) as 90000, or as low as 30000, the dragon dwelling amount seems to stay the same - 1/4 times there are a lot of them, and 3/4 times no dragon dwellings at all.

Can any experienced random map maker give any tips on these matters?
