Hmmm....that's the region of Serbia, bosnia herzegovina, and such, where they had a lot of political conflics. The old "yugoslavia" right?
Since Spain had a national war, and a lot of regions with independence movement (Cataluña, País Vasco...even Andalucia!) the reference may be that.
Otherwise I don't get it

I've found Turkey and U.S. versions that are not on the list. Still can't find the homepage to all this. I remember months ago somebody linked a Europe according to gays version of these.
