I vote for the O-hoi guy becoming a Dota 2 announcer.
So that we can watch it not selling a single bundle and making history.
One of his phrases should be:

At 30 second you can notice Greater Earth Elemental portrait. It looks different than its younger brother, so there is a hope they won't share the same model. There is also Tamed Wyvern portrait and it is awfully purple. 
Shadow Dragon looks like crap in game. IMO, it was the worst Dungeon unit in Heroes VI in terms of model and textures. It seems there's no single change in its Heroes VII model. I was hoping it looks so bad only on the blog (you know flash, no efects, etc.) but in game its textures are as bad as there.
Lamasu, on the other hand, is not so badly executed for me.

I only see the hero. At 36 seconds is the Flygon wyvern, which is the Stronghold unit.

It is Tamed Wyvern. Interestingly, they changed its colour - in Shades of Darkness it was brown with purple elements. However, basing on how (un)changed Cyclops catapult is, I'm pretty sure that Dungeon's catapult will remain the same.

Oh and Gargoyles are still ridiculously small. 
Why Ubi-Lim, why? Cabir is now smaller as it should be. The rest of units have right size, I think.

I only see the hero. At 36 seconds is the Flygon wyvern, which is the Stronghold unit.
As Hex say, at 30 seconds and 31 seconds you can see the Hero recruitement screen, and in the upper right part, you can see icons for War Mach... eh, Warfare Units. And you can see the Dungeon hero at 31 seconds has something extremely purple as the warfare unit.
