AcidDragon said: Yes, but I started my question saying that in my eyes that parts 4 and 5 are contradictory and if we assume part 4 is "correct" then part 5 should take place in 848, not 847.
Well, I don't see a contradiction, but its definitely a counter-intuitive. But even in dictionary there're many other definities of the verb "to lose" then just "suffer a defeat on the battlefield". Everything seems correct if you'll not interpret this point by just the most well-known definition of the word.
Though, as I said, its counter-intuitive moment...
A8T said: Ahh! But I went one further and checked the Campaign maps today. Ashwick was the Sulphur town that appears in the Wolf Duchy in H6 and also appears in H5 as a town specialisation, but does not necessarily appear in the campaign (well it probably appears hundreds of times the same way the supposedly dead Maeve Falcon appears as an enemy hero but likely non canonically). Ashwood however was that Market town that you only get on those two H5 Missions.
On my side I should apologize for a mistake - Ashwood is that rebellious town from H5 (not Ashwick) but both were in H5.
Yeah, it's like Westwall and Eastwall joke from H6

So the 8th creature the second champion one will be handled as we must choose between that and the other champion unit?
The town screens will be similar (AS HAVEN) or drastically changed but will remain 2D?

My fan fic is there. Oh dear I hope people like it my writing and story skills are not all that good.
Still I am quite happy that its there.
Even if Inferno does not win I feel that I have done my part. Raelags fanfic is awesome btw.

That is one thing I appreciate about the Wolf form of the Haven faction; it feels more visceral, more battle-hardened based on the unit designs we have seen thus far. The most recent iteration of Haven given to us in MMH6 seemed to be all about "turtling" and healing. The Wolf Haven seems more about combat and engaging enemies on the battlefield.

Please don't say "doe" in the place of "though", especially when there's been a recent conversation of cutting up deer. It results in very strange mental images.

Thanks! when writing it I had the constant worry of spelling and grammar mistakes.
Quite happy that someone in the comment section likes my fan fic also .
In my fan fic I imagine it was a pit lord that was twisting the mother. Since you know they are all about hatred and finding out that demons can manipulate dreams and such helped when writing it.

LOL. Yea, me too! Also because Pit Lords are champions of Hatred which works perfectly with your story.
And yea, a bit of grammar problems, but it was totally understandable so don't worry too much.

Yeah but I tend to worry a lot considering my grammar sucks. I worry even more when it will be publicly posted. My brothers pretty much said the same thing as you stevie. Still I kept reading it over several times just to make sure it makes sense at least.
After reading it again I think its even more sad she damned herself completely. While her son will get a new life and now she is going to evolve into a succubus that is consumed by fury and hatred. Trapped in an unending cycle of trying to destroy her old home.
This is the reason why I want inferno to win as the spy master said the lesson for Ivan is the "Lure of chaos worship".
Still I can imagine the children of ashan who sold their souls talking in sheogh within the pubs telling each other how they became a demon in the first place and why they want to trash Ashan.
It surprised me that demons had pubs after I saw it in clash of heroes and doing rather "Normal" things so to speak.

Just read your fan fic. The grammar mistakes were not enough to mar the story. I enjoyed it. It was quick and too the point, and definitely get the image of this bitter old woman in a bar telling other demons her story. It's a little late for suggestions, but actually starting in the story in third person, where the context of her telling is described, might have been a good idea. Still the story was enjoyable.
Keep writing

Yeah writing it was quite fun my biggest worry was would my problems with grammar mar the story or make it hard to read.
Considering the mother is not that old and demons don't age I think should would still look dam fine.
Still if you try to flirt with her I imagine should would incinerate you. Still I think most of the children of ashan have a bitter story to tell about how they ended up as a demon. The constant thing I was thinking about is what could make someone be more than happy to burn and destroy their own home?
Still I really do like reading your fan fic. Is going to take awhile to get through those chapters.
Still thanks for the feedback I appreciate it.
