after all, it's never ever been done in Heroes history before
Heroes 2 could have easily reused the sprites of Heroes 1, but the devs strived for more. it was simply not an option on the table to charge people money for that same reused art content in a direct sequel. Hell, not even Heroes 4 went there even after most of the NWC art department was sacked, so it's kind of pathetic to see it happen now

I don't see why you hate old models so much, of course they're terrible (especially Lich), but if "recycling" means that more resources can be spend on the other aspect of the game I'm in. Maybe it's an unpopular opinion, but graphics was the best side and "feature" of Heroes VI. We should keep it, upgrade and create awesome GAMEPLAY. Remember, it's gameplay that matters, not graphic.
@Ubi-Nox, I understand. I hope none of fans make your job harder than it is. I cross my fingers for all M&M team! Keep up the good work!

ROFL, there is a lot more wrong than just "4 reused models", it is more ridiculous that you aren't seeing the rage all over the internet because of this Necropolis.

Did ubi just gave us crap with yet another entry? No way, who would've thought! And it's not even new crap, it's old crap. They just shamelessly reused the same Heroes 6 models and they didn't even tried to hide it. I can only imagine the rage if the news were not coupled with the Champion tier. Oh btw, here's how a Reaper is supposed to look like:

And that is why i will not touch Necropolis at all. So far, I'll be playing with haven and academy. I need to wait to see wether they'll ruin Stronghold or not.

And how many people is that? How many people played H6 on Uplay? Do you really think the devs did not expect some of the hardcore fans freaking out? They still went through with it. I swear, some of you do nothing more than fueling stereotypes and almost as bad as fans of pop acts who think they are running their careers.

Overall my opinion on the creatures:
Skeletons:The unupgraded look really good,the upgraded ones a bit over the top though,but not that bad either
Ghosts:Not really much to say here,both look fine to me
Spiders:Look really nice(is that a face on their backs?Would be cool),however I think the very concept of having a "giant-spider"-unit is rather meh
Lamassu:Well they are ok,but thats about it,I think they should have replaced the lamassu with even bigger spiders(as melee units that crawl over the walls) and kept the ghouls for the core instead
Liches:Sadly no skeletal liches,but that was to be expected.I like their colour scheme much more than the H6 one though
Vampires:Wasn't much of a fan of the H6 ones and the same goes here.However I wouldn't say they are bad itself,but simply.....meh(the Akhkharu mentioned in their description sounds much cooler in my opinion xD)
Bone dragon:I dislike it how they reuse the heroes 6 model,I mean that model was simply too often recycled(first it was used for a boss,then a unit,then a different boss,then a different unit and now again a unit,I just hope the dungeon dragon is going to look different)
Grim reaper:By far the best unit of the whole line-up,I really love it.
Overall:Looks good,much less green than h6 and while it has quite some purple,it doesn't overdo it.Also the grim rider is probably one of my favorite units of all necro-line-ups ever.

Probably a few, half of them were waiting for the game to load and the other half got crashes when they entered the game, thus a vicious cycle

You can say whatever you want, but I like this line-up. Only thing that I would like to see changed, is upgraded look of a spider, into half human-half spider hybrid, something like Namataru in spider form, in Heroes VI.
And I thought that we are mature here... You are such crybabies, wait for abilities and spells and other things connected whit Necropolis (I know that units are major thing in one faction, but still they are not the only..), before you whine! And if you don't like it, no one is forcing you to buy it, and by the way, we are minority here, not even 3% of the whole playerbase..
I just wanted to share my thoughts whit you.

Who da hell cares about gameplay if models look snowy. That's like if you Modded Seven versions of Kim kardashian into the game and gave them necro abilites. Doesn't matter right?Just as long gameplay and abilities are okay?
