This Ashan and in Ashan all must look utterly fabulous.
He also looked "utterly fabulous" (had no dreads) in Shadow of Death and H4. Didnt see any riots then.

In shadow of death he had been a wizard and in H4 he still had a nose ring. In all honesty I just don't like barbarians looking as if they just took a nice shower. Though many games have this problem so, eh. Also there is no riot if it is just one person.

I don't think so. I think Ishi is as much twin sister of Anga, as Agrael is twin of Raelag. 
As for Yog: We already had at least 2 of them in previous games:
Yog the bleu-skinned Human Barbarian and Chief of Sardaj tribe from Darkside of Xeen.
Yog the blue-skinned, nose-ringed Barbarian from Heroes of Might and Magic 1.
Yog the Half-Genie from Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and 4 (he could be the same character as in HoMM1 but personaly I don't think so).

Well obviously I don't care about the downloading process or the exact time. I just meant if anyone is going to start streaming ASAP, that is their first launches, etc. And not "well, maybe in the evening, well, maybe tomorrow".

No, we didn't have even H6 site until some time with development and we got mainly factions descriptions and their units (and we never got Dungeon subsite).
All info was given only by Failbook - which was not wise move.
