Regarding the similarities with the Kirin, the model and animations of the Green/Emerald Dragon were all done from scratch, so they shouldn't look similar ingame.

Lame puns aside, Sylvan does not impress me. I can't say I like any creature especially, but I can say I dislike a few. What potential the faction had has been wasted in my eyes, leaving me with a feeling of disappointment.

I on the other hand, appart from some minor visual tidbits like the colors and designs of units. I find that each is distinguishable and stands out from the other factions.
I miss the phoenix and would prefer a stag/ stag rider but oh well...

H7 sylvan looks good to me, with a few exceptions. H7 has far bigger problems (spiderpolis ^^)

Well emerald dragon, like sun deer, looks better than the un-upgraded variant. Still wish it could fly. After all, we are talking about offensive line-up.
Treant... well, I like it. Maybe the color is a bit off, but it looks better than the rest.
