There's a stick growing out of the Treant's a§§. Apart from that I like this unit. Upgrade looks strange to me, but I think I can get used to it. I think it will glow awesomely in 3d.
The so called "dragon" however should just leave the line up and make room for the Phoenix.
Blade Dancers look the most terrible in this faction, which is funny, considering they were the sole reason many people voted for this line up. I know not everyone voted for Fury because of them, but many did, and I am currently giggling at those people. Of course, no one will admit it now. That's fine.

Also, for any one of you that don't like our complaints, let me tell you this: why would I trust a company that makes stupid decisions, yet they got the rights for a 20 year old franchise? If the general state of the game was improved, we would (mostly) hold off this negativism you speak of. But since we spot so many major problems, we may as well add minor, since they fail to correct even the littlest of mistakes.
Of course, one could say they "may have a big heart", listen to fans feedback and correct such things. But you do realize we are talking about Ubi here.

What is problem in your eyes could be bonus in mine. What you consider stupid decision might be smart move in my opinion.
Yet you state everything as it is fact, one and only truth. What's worst is nitpicking every little thing and that makes you very tiresome and your opinion comes off as petty and unimportant.

About the whole bladedancer business:
I can't say I particularly like them (I dislike the way they've drawn the swords), but I too think that it's way better than the art people voted for, with the exception of his smirk.
Also, weren't you people AGAINST warcraftisation of HoMM, cuz that blonde BladedanceGAR looked very warcrafty.

And you're telling me you're not utterly biased? There is NOTHING in which that guy looks better than the vote art. He's less defined, less youthful, less agile looking, the blades are larger and not as graceful, less imposing, stance seems cut out from the haka but that smirk makes it look like a joke, and it is overall less badass and devoid of that predator feel.

Original art was a joke, but I guess it would be complementary to H7 overall.

Well, as I've already said, I don't like everything about this Bladedancer, I've even emphasized that the blades I like less, but still, and indian guy I like more than another goddamn bloodelf.
The voting art looked very cliche overall.

IMO, Sylvan is the most interesting faction so far. The creatures are diverse in design and appearance, and I appreciate that there are no flyers in elite or champion ranks. Grounding the green dragon is a good move. Factions should differ, and tipping the flyer-ranged-melee balance does help. Of course, there should be other factions with emphasis on flyers, etc.
Regarding art style: yes, I also like H3 designs more. The current models are too exaggerated for my taste, all humanoids in particular. But: the later MaM and HoMM artworks of NWC were good, but nothing special in the 90s. When they were seen in shops at that time, the boxes didn't stick out in any respect, all generic fantasy. NWC hired artists that created nice but standard 90s fantasy artwork. Which is fine. The game lasted because of its gameplay formula, not because of its style.
Now, the H5 designs are generic 2000s (with anime touch, which I personally dislike), and the H6 and H7 designs are generic 2010 style. Who is to blame for that? Many fans, including myself, would have preferred something more modest, old NWC style, but I have no doubt that the creature look of H7 would be just the same if NWC still was in charge today. In fact, 3D graphics is expensive, they might even have employed the same graphics studios that Ubi contracts. And those studios necessarily will output mainstream.

I really like this green and emerald dragon design. I was afraid we would get some big cumbersome stone dino, but instead we got these graceful beauties. With their lithe shape I expect them to be quite fast; a champion worthy of the fury line up. Maybe Marzhin can enlighten us whether the appearance of the green dragon would've been different had an other line up been chosen. After all the green dragon was also present in all 3 line ups, but still we only got the treant artwork in advance. Anyway, I'm glad the green dragon turned out like this (or did I already say that).

that's not a stick.
aside from treant doo doo, the butt might be where they give birth from. the newborn might be stuck. or maybe it just has an arm out and is waving "hi". maybe it's like a kangaroo pouch or something, for the babies. one could endlessly speculate.

I say that they didn't ruin major part of the game. They improved it. That's my opinion and unlike you I don't have need to repeat it until everyone on this forum are bored to death.
