They just had to change the trogs didn't they.
Nothing wrong with Troglodytes from H3, but they just had to change them into earth elementals. Why?!
Well my vote is tentatively for Blades, but I am open to arguments.

I chose 3rd option cause troglodytes and lurkers.
But why its losing to 1st i don't get it.

The cores in Shield are better, with 3 interesting units Stalker (standard dark elf I guess), Trodgolyte (haha, sweet sweet Trodgolytes) and ranged flier, which sounds weird and hence could be interesting! In Thousand faces there are both Assassins and Stalkers which were the same unit in H5 so hence I am not liking it. If I were to see the designs however...
The elites however are better in Thousand faces, well it is basically just Medusa vs Manticore. And I like Medusa more. Although Dungeon might need some fliers which Thousand faces lack...
I haven't decided, leaning towards Shield of Darkness which is losing currently lol ;P
Well, to all people considering votes between second and third option should realize that at the end of the week, one of the lineups will be removed, the one with least votes.

either Thousand Faces or Shield of Darkness, more leaning towards the latter (as a foil to Sylvan's more offensive character this time).

Not all spirits are elementals or energy beings. For example the cabir are fire spirits, kappa and kirin are water spirits.
Well there was actually a choice of making them either beastmen or spirits.

Given it has the same name of the H6 unit (irc) i feel its obvious it is. That being said vote Medusa, vote Malassa

Ngh... despite what I said earlier, I'm going to side with Shield this round. In my mind's eye, when I envision a Dungeon lineup, Shield is what comes up, rather than the others.

After reading so many fan proposals, reading these are really interesting!
I was so afraid of being disappointed, but overall, I'm fairly impressed. At least initially. As with the Sylvan line-up vote, there are two line-ups that I would vastly prefer over one. I would be happy with either "Malassa's Thousand Faces" or "The Shield of Darkness" winning, but I do not like "The Blade From the Shadows." Last time, with the Sylvan vote, the only one I did not like at all ended up winning. I'm praying that doesn't happen again, but of course the only one I don't like at all is once again described as "the offensive choice" and is doing well in the votes so far...
All of that aside, this is really important... They actually gave us the Troglodyte AND the Medusa in one single line-up!!! This is so amazing!!!
Another very important thing... Have people noticed that they provided us with a line-up that has... only ONE single dark elf?!?! This is also so amazing!!! How can this one be doing so badly in the votes? Do you think that's because of a combination of it being described as defensive and a lot of people being excited to see the Troglodyte AND the Medusa returning in the other line-up?

I think that it is combination. Yes, that lineup being so called defensive it what repels people from voting(even though it doesn't make much sense to me when you take a look at the actual lineups, both second and third lineups are quite offensive with those creatures).
Overall, I see two groups of people, people that love Faceless and Shadow Unicorns, and people that like second and third lineup and vote for one of them that has their preferable creature, being Manticore or Medusa. The reason why I split these people in two groups is because most of the guys that like second or third lineup(or both), dislike first lineup a lot. At least that is what I've got from reading all these comments here and on H7 site.

REASONS TO SUPPORT "SHIELD OF DARKNESS"
- the most like previous Dungeon iterations
- least amount of Dark Elf units (only one)
- "Shadow Lurkers" = Beholders
- no "squishy" melee assassin in Core

I very much like Faceless and Nightmares myself. But I also like Lurkers, Medusa and Manticore. Not that hyped about Troglodyte tho.
