Yeah, there has been about 250 instances of the error today.
The web host has not responded to any of my messages to this day, so I've started setting up an account with another provider yesterday. It is a big job to move everything and make sure it is all working so it will take me a while. But staying with a provider that does not answer support tickets could prove disastrous once our traffic goes up due to the Heroes 7 release.
I've decided to move up from shared hosting to VPS, gonna dust my server admin skills off and put them to use again  This way I'll have control over the web server software and settings and have access to better diagnostic tools and the reboot button. And most importantly it will be easy to scale up if more CPU/RAM is needed.
HC is going to the Netherlands as the larger part of our traffic is from Eurasia.

If it's not too much trouble, can you copy/paste those statistics? I got curious and it would be fun to see distribution of HC traffic by region or country.
