I also had quite the big plans for Hive... Oh well, at the very least, Refuge is at 85% complete, Inferno is at 75%, i consider Bastion to be about 90% so all is well

I do believe that all Entries should be evaluated with the info they provided, finished or not, if they have a good percentage of completion. At least, if they have the lineup and units

Well, I finished most of it. Just missing the campaign, and that was just fluff.

I got a bit harried up because I reached the limit of characters in mine too. I had to cut things here and there to add a bit of lore, and it was very resumed still. I was imagining how to add all things I wanted when I got this tooth inflammation which rendered me unable to do anything or even to sleep properly for two days, the days I had to finish this stuff. I was really hoping to have something decent finished up, even being my first attempt at this ICTC business in HC. Alas, fate has reserved me an incomplete matter at hands and now I must deal with this awful feeling of unfinished business.

Actually, "completeness" is defined by the maker. Based on Jiriki's judging criteria, anything will be judged and if it looks good enough a short entry might score more than a fully detailed one. I myself could have added more info to my town, but I got to the point where I almost ran out of ideas, and the ones I did have were not enough to be implemented on their own. So I declared my faction as "complete" and stopped.

Hey people. Did not manage to get online earlier and have not much time yet because we are still at the family for easter. Thus i only give basic things now and more will follow tomorrow morning.
First, this contests creating phase is officially over and I want to thank all participants for their energy and for their wonderfull ideas!!! I think we have great entries this year anf agree all shall be judged.
Abou how ecactly we shall judge I will write this evening in the judging thread!
