Unless the expansion seriously adds something in the form of modding the game, I do not plan on getting it. Honestly though I kind of like the Hamsters. I think that they are quite original.

there we go, another uninteresting no-point mocking post.
i have doubts about de-bugging, performance, gameplay and all kinds of things... but having a cool dwarven faction is not one of my problems. not at all. not even a bit. and its not a hamster faction, its a dwarven faction which has a hamster-like creature(which is half-dwarven)
till the day you and guys really point important matters.. im all out again. you should see how bad this community looks like from outside. it looks beyond terrible.
how can you acctually start fixing your critism: by not focusing on one single creature appearence.
edit: by the way, i like that creature. yes, i like it you may not respect or believe it but i do. are you satisfied with my answer?

But how can you be certain that hamster-like creature belongs to the dwarven faction? What is the connection that ties the kobold to that faction? Just saying "it's a dwarf in disguise" is a lame way to attribute something like that.

Hell yeah, I'm gonna buy Trial by midgets even if costs 200 bucks, it's a real blessing that ubisoft will probably sell it for 199.99$  I just want to get that prairie dog with a crossbow, it is the pinnacle of design, it must have cost them one baziliion dollars to make this expansion, I hope they had the budget to add more spiders in the mix, I want spiders of every color in my game, and deers we need Europa deers and Alpha Centauri deers, I bet we will also get a new neutral strider, the strudel, this is all what heroes needs, it will work fine in Windows version 10.43732459764, if you update your video card is H4M273R or higher

i still cant properly play the vanilla game, and its almost 1 year after release! even if they woould release now an excellent addon i wont buy it since ubilimbic just imsulted us with h7

Though seeing as the rest of the fortress faction just looks so bloody cool I think I'll have to. You know, dwarfs, valkyries, dragons that actually looks cool...

Well, apart from the first 'beta'...which is when I found out my PC can't run the game properly. Doesn't matter, I will buy Trial anyway. It needs to be in The Collection, after all.
And as of now I'm not going to spend hundreds of euros on a new PC  .

Well honestly it might be worth laying a little to the side for some upgrading. Convinced my brother to installing the game on his computer and is now able to actually play the game with good graphics. Can confirm finally it's really enjoyable if you aren't picky and doesn't mind a few minor issues...

You hate the game we get it....no reason to punch a dead dog.
I think it's an original unit and has a place. I would mock units of previous games as well.
I love HoMM 3 but the conflux faction is a joke to me. Used 4 of the neutrals of the game and thrown in pixies (previously alligned with sorveress which is a pretty nature orientated town). And i think magic elemental is the most lame design i've ever seen
