This is a pretty long arc in the books so might be all action too.

This is an interesting solution actually, continue with a tv season and cover other arcs in film format. Would be a little surprised if the series got full adaptation with tv seasons only.

Yes, can't wait. Even though the CGI can be dreadful, it's still one of my favorite Isekais out there.
86 is getting better with each new episode, nr. 5 had me quite invested after the "Black Sheep" revelation. The anime is done very good, it's way above your standard "young adults vs cruel world" tropes. Mainly because the cast is very pragmatic, not "nakama powerish". Hope they won't blow it. To some extent it even gives me a bit of those Gundam Orphans vibes (ofc the setting and premise is much different), that's why I probably enjoy it.
To you Eternity
While far from perfect, the series still continues to give you "them feels". So far so good.
Fruits Basket Final (mild spoilers)
Maybe it's me but the more I watch it, the less invested I become. I mean the first season was powerful, but for me what is probably the strength of the series is also it's weakness: it's inconsistent and jumps between story threads. It goes too much into the "slices of life" part as in: literal slices. Characters fade out and suddenly appear with dramatic story twists while imo Tohru becomes less and less important to the story, and her "selfishness", while essential to her story, feels a bit weird because I had the impression she was supposed to be the "balm" that heals the entire Souma family. Ofc her actions still create ripples, but I think the story has become pretty unfocused. Now it feels like her story is actually a one off, but maybe it's bound to change? I know the premise behind the story is "small steps bring about big changes" but, ugh, it's not how I imagined it will proceed. I didn't read the manga, I only have a general idea what will happen.

Haven't started watching Fruits Basket's final season, but it's on my list. I might just let it end airing before jumping in.
Hige wo Soru has some interesting developments. Latest episode left me with a mix of rage and a wholesome feeling. I can't even imagine how broken that girl must've been before finding MC. There's some neat psychology in this one. Of course, I'm a bit sad it's not enacted better to clue the viewer in more, but even so it's still satisfying.
EDIT: 86 is close to a rating of 8 on MAL? A mecha anime? Can't remember the last time I saw that happening. I'm fairly intrigued, might just try it.
I'm actually watching Jaku-Chara Tomozaki-kun right now from winter season. I swear, the comments about how this is scarily relatable got me rolling on the floor laughing.
* Jaku-Chara minor spoiler *
Remember the no-lifer speech from Log Horizon? Close second to that at the end of episode 4 of this anime. And I loved every second of it. It was great. Salute to Tomozaki, the madlad gamer, lol.
* End spoiler *
And I finished it. This thing's a 7 on MAL? 9'ed it straight away. People getting Oregairu vibes know their stuff. This guy reminded me of Hachiman for his antisocial views, but there's a key difference that sets them apart, and the last two episodes really brought that to surface. I would be extremely disappointed if this didn't get a second season. I ****ing love the MC.

Yep, gonna munch on it this weekend prolly. Heard it's a very good conclusion to the series.
Also I enjoy Yasuke so far. It has only 6 episodes but kinda reminds me of some older series like Samurai Champloo mixed with Sengoku Basara.

Finished Wonder Egg Priority and I have no idea what actually happened, but it all seemed great. 8/10. Like, honestly, could it be possible for it to get even more confusing? What in the world was that season end? This needs to get wrapped up nicely because the idea is truly glorious but holy **** it dodges the point and derails towards the abstract fast.
EDIT: I finally watched Rengoku, I mean Kimetsu no Yaiba Movie: Mugen Ressha-hen. It was great, a fitting continuation to the series. Only problem is that I need that second season now more than ever...

tried out the remake of Shaman King. I dunno, kinda more of the same, just more condensed episodes, as the Yoh training montage is missing.

Would be nice if he at least had a vague chart of the endgame.
It also hit hard when the author of Rain died :/

I think it was in a good spot to "begin the endgame". But we probably will never know, or unless like with Gantz author - he had a few associates who can continue his work (to be precise: Gantz author is alive last I checked, but I've heard there's actually a whole team creating his mangas).
