Imagine the retardation of having the same restrictions as Lombardy in Sicily and Sardinia.
As per their own criteria and parameters, which have been confirmed time and time again in the span of 6 months by now, Sardinia is now almost a completely safe zone, while we in Sicily are faring very well.
And for the past month, we in Sicily enjoyed a light lockdown, while in Sardinia they're almost with no restrictions, it made sense, our situation is under control and work has been done to allow us to breathe.
Now they want to lockdown all of Italy again, "because we need to vaccinate".
Asking for smart government here is like asking a blind man to describe the details of the Sistine Chapel.

For those not familiar, it's possibly the coldest region of Greece. At least in one case, boiling water thrown off a balcony froze mid-air before hitting the snow below.
