You know what evil is? If you could save someone from drowning, but doesn't do it. THAT is evil.
Now, if your god is supposed to be all-powerful - why is he letting children die from cancer? If it's evil for a human to not make use of their powers and save someone - isn't it at least just as evil for "god"?
And what evil exactly is the devil supposed to have been doing. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it was the HUMANS who didn't obey and it was the HUMANS who were punished.
The devil made them do it? Nah. GOD made them the way they are - and since he's all-knowing he knew beforehand what would happen.
And the result? He washes it off of him and blames someone else! If the devil had won in any way, "history" might look different, but we don't even get to hear his side.

continuing in the vein of "turn the other cheek was never truly a thing", what if god is still upset about people crucifying his son? time doesn't work the same way with a being that created time itself, don't you think? it's only been 2000 human years since it happened, after all. unless you think god knows everything before it happens, and controls every little aspect of life? some people do.
