@ALL TOH MEMBERS+COORDINATORS : Please dont let HOMM 3 die !
When I enter Zone i c lots of players complaining about HOMM4 : No multi , no soul , damn buggy, system requirements and so on...
and noone knows when that patch will be playabe for all of us and so i start that post to ask the TOH Staff for one thing
- DON'T kill Homm 3 before u know that HOMM 4 multi will be as much fun as HOMM 3 has been for 4 years.
HOMM 3 will die if TOH stops supporting it !!!. and classic tourney won't prevent that.
and so i ask for another Season HOMM 3 with a big Subtourney for H4 that would have many advantages:
for example it would be easier to balance clans for a full H4 season. After that test-season with both inclueded i think it will be a lot easier to decide which of these games will be the best choice for TOH's future

Anyways, i havent played HOMM4 alot yet but what ive seen so far really doesnt impress me at all.
So i guess im a "HOMM3 protector" now too

Agreed i finally got good at h3 and u have 2 end it  + i
dont wanna be in h4 clans and pick the wrong one and have 2
play with a town i dont know. I would love 1 last season
of h3. Maybe some divisions to I also think will all
counties get mulitplayer patch at the same time? If not
wont that be a dissadvatage. Just my opinion.

Amen motor...
ToH is the only entity that can save homm3. I think all the bastards are sick of the sight of homm3, so i dont think bastards would do it (it might be a dungeon siege tourney for bastards, by the way pan and jb are playing that thing hehe) I like Ves'optimism, but its a dead issue I think. So consider this my signature.

Personally I like heroes 4 but heroes 3 is by far better.
I think there should be a compromise for both games because so many % of people support heroes 3 & I would love to try heroes 3 online but i think you ended the season way too early for the brokem promises 3do has giving us & no one really knows when the patch will be out.
I think that heroes 4 should be a sub tournament for a whole season & keep the dependable game like heroes 4.
Everythang in this season coming is all blind & we dont know, why not be on the safe side & just keep heroes 3 & have heroes 4 as a sub tournament so we can have a choice if we want ta play heroes 3 or 4 & keep it in our ranking I think that would make the tournament kick arse

ya,motor i agree h3 is the only game i play outta this shelf full of them. and is not the fact i havnt tried others it's the fact i like h3 plain and simple to kill it off like this is so sad i miss divisions the maost fun i ever had.and poof was gone is this h3 future as well who knows.bp

Homm3 keep it up
I agree homm4 is a decent game with much more in depth play however due to the nature of the game i think that homm3 should stay for another season...Motor has the right idea with keeping homm3 and implementing homm4 as a subtourney....i do not beleive very many people will be able to play homm4 multi beacuse of 2 reasons...system requirements....extremely slow play...i am an impatient player as is...15 min turns might be hard for me to deal with.

H3 will remain strong with or without toh
toh will always be the one tournament that made heroes 3 as big as it is today . And Ves should be proud of that and i can see him doing the same for heroes4. heroes 3 is the best game I have had privalige of playing , especially for online play. Heroes 4 is differnt and im sure it will have its own following itself. Probally not alot of longtime h3 players but there will be alot of new players who like h4. I wish Ves and his staff the best with anything they do and i know he can make h4 be as popular as h3 just with differnt group of people. Heroes three is no where near it death and I know Ves wont totally abondon you heros 3 players.

I can honestly say it will be a year before I play H4. (due to system requirements, It will be that long before I could hope to buy a new system.)
I've loved playing in ToH and hope H3 is kept around so I can continue to enjoy ToH. I think online play for H3 will continue, even if it is just for fun, just not at as high a rate.
I think the idea of another H3 season, with H4 as a subtourny is a good idea. I have played in almost every season (though under different names and never got very high in rank, lol). I've already been more active in ToH games then I ever was in past seasons (exluding the past season).
Or the short answer: Supports H3 remaining ToH backed

2 tournaments
I think the simplest and the best idea is to keep 2 separated tournaments. One for h3 and one for h4 when mp comes out . what's the problem ?

I'm sure more volunteers would be needed. Plus, I think automating reports for 2 tournies would be tough for Ves. (I'm not very knowledgeable about the automations, but i've heard that it is difficult to set-up.)

and yes, i think that having a great tourn for homm3 , to be continued the last tournament.. with clans and everything for homm3 is great
homm4 still has its chance to proove us all that we are wrong when we say it sucks.. but until then.. think that the release of the multiplayer patch wont make it better.. until all patches to get rid of all bugs will come.. ( if multiplayer will be a success) it will take very very long

I also like the idea of making a FULL HOMM3 season and making H4 a HUGE subtourny. That way we can learn the game. Then if the game has potential we can make it a full season next year.
My ONLY concern is that I dont think I could stand a full season of H3 with these same maps!!! Yes there are some kewl ones... But people play them over and over and over. Can you people really say it would be fun to play 10+ more months on HG or DW ? I have been playing Randoms for last few months because of how OLD the same old maps got. And it also is no fun to try and make a run on the TOP 10 ranked when the TOP 10 only get there because they only play 1 o 2 maps. Not really a true tale of talent.
I really want DIvisions back!!! That was best part of TOH. So IF we bring divisons / clans back... AND erase all TOH maps and make new fresh ones... I will vote for a new H3 season. hehe.

what about create new season with the ladder system as "free challenge" to fight individual using the normal toh point system!
TOH include about horde of maps and many players maybe only know few of them...
For instance... each player can play a map "1" time
and with the player-info system we had last season its possible to see what maps players have played.
nevertheless... your forced to move on and learn new maps 
Then as Main Tourney there should be DIVISION's
Divisions games should "not" be reported on free challenge... but division "War" Vicory will add bonus points for each member on ranking page...
Lets say... a divison cannot fight more than "1" time on a map and not more than "1" time vs. another division.
You have to expand!
When divisions setup a war the deadline should be 1½ month... this give about 5-9 wars each divison during a season... here could also be limit so that 2 Division's can only fight eachother "1" time.
A Division War are normally split into 3-7 rounds.. maybe more maybe less... but it will give each round "1" week to finish.
Each week the captain must report to admin/updater the results of given round, and all players can view results weekly.

blah.. why can't we mix both? The free challenge ladder system should cater for both H3 and H4 games. So those who wants to play h4 can still play for points. Sub-tournies can be devised for each with no inter-mixing. Simple... I think....

Everything about Homm4 is so up in the air...
Lets have a full H3 Season Toh and H4 subtourney,,,
If patch comes out in June,,not likely..
I used to believe that H4 was being realeased Nov.11/2001..
Wait till H4 Expansion,,,for full season of H4...
By then most bugs will be worked out and Random generator should be included...
Ves,,,think about it...can u rely on 3do...they say patch release in June,,,plz...prolly X-mas....
Then Expansion,,,,same time next year...
