To be or not to be... - Nobel Heroes
During my homm4 games i found out that nobility skill can kick ass giving your town a real boost for growth (espcialy when u got the breeding structure with the barbrains).
but the problem is that a nobel hero is a very week hero usually because i'm developing his nobilty skill when he is not helping with magic, might or creature bonuses, any ideas how to correct this problem ?

This is going to sound obvious but...
... the solution is simply to develope more than one hero.
A tavern lets you get one Hero per week, so just recruit more heroes. It's a good investment.
Getting up to Expert Nobility should be easy, and give you most of the "growth increase" you desire. After that you don't need to develope the Nobility Hero much further.
All heroes are fragile early on. So make sure the creatures take most of the hits, and bring in the hero into play only when the enemy stacks won't kill the hero.
Soaking a retaliation or two on the hero is good practise as long as you have at least one hero standing at the end of the combat.
Another thing to consider is that it's probably best not to make the first hero the Hero with Nobility. Nobility only gets useful by the time you have level 3 and/or 4 creatures dwellings built., and at least for the level 4 that may take a while.
How soon you get yout lev 3 and lev 4 creatures will depend on which town you play and on which difficulty you play.

I agree with Djive. "It's obvious, develop more than one hero".
Although I try to keep 2 heroes getting the exp & bonuses.
One hero could be the one with tactic's and nobility, or some magic and nobility.
Sometime's it depend's on circumstance's, but that's usualy a decent path to take.
