Fortress - the weakest one..?
(every rase is unique, having their advantages, disadv.), nevertheless - Fortress here(somewhere in western europe) is considered the weakest casle.Do you agree?

Fortress is a good town dude. It's true that most of the units are slow but they are pretty strong. And you have the most deadly ****ing creature in the game - Mighty Gorgons. So you can forget Archangels, Dragons and any other L7 creature, they're all dead meat when facing Mighty Gorgons. And the Hydras are very good for suporting the MGs. Once you take out the opponents L7 units the victory is yours (most of the situations). Fortress is a very strong town. Don't underestimate it.
Have you ever played Tazar with Fortress?

Nu-s de acord...
In the hands of a skilled player, Fortress is just as devastating as any other town, if not even more. I find it is at a disadvantage only against Necropolis (Mighty Gorgons' special does not work against undead creatures).

Apophis/amorphis , taking into consideration the distance between us(we are in the same country for god sake) I thought about death match. /maybe after christmas, maybe through zone.com-but we should defenitely do it/

I don't think playing against Necropolis is a problem because the Ghost Dragons are very weak and even if the death stare doesn't work on undead creatures the Mighty Gorgons are strong units whithout it too. I think the real problem is Conflux. The Phoenixies are in very large number and the Mighty Gorgons can't handle them. The death stare doesn't affect the magic elements either and that sucks. If you don't have Tazar with expert teleport and expert bless I don't think you can defeat Conflux. I hate that town.

Actually, death stare does work against Phoenixes. The Conflux's most fearsome unit is the Magic Elemental: the equivalent of a Hydra in just one hex, albeit with lower a/d and fewer HPs. And full magic immunity...

That's what I said Commando, actually the death stare doesn't affect any other element. I know it works on Phoenixies but they are too many and the MGs can handle them. And those magic elementals are very strong, that's true.
Sir Nicolas I accept your challenge dude, but we will play after christmas, I'm kinda busy right now (trebuie sa fac rost de cursurile la care am chiulit).

Stronghold sux.
The only creature I actually like from Stronghold is Ogre Magi. Behemoths are alright too, but not worth the trouble.
Fortress is pretty decent, I think, except only lvl3 mage guild.
You got the Wyvern Monarchs poison, the Death Stare, the multi-attack no retaliation, the Dragonflies dispel & cast weakness and they're fast . . . Fortress is actually pretty kick-@$$.

lol each town has its good&bad stuff, fortress and stronghold for example is pure might attacking towns. The heroes you get(beastmaster and barbarians) are simply the best hero races when it comes to might.
So you think a stronghold army will do you no harm? Wait until Hack comes with that army and mass hastes his troops. Then the battle is over before it has started for you
Dun have time to talk anymore about this now, my only advice for you is to play some games online before you start judging the towns..there are prolly alot that you have missed =)
