Clan wars
I have a couple of questions regarding the clan matches.
First I just looked at the clan war page and found the Unholy Aliance have 4 ongoing wars i thought that you couldn't have more the 3 ongoing wars at the same time??
The second is the deadlines.
As it is now there are no real point of holding the deadline since there are no penalties for breaking the deadline. If there should be deadlines on the wars then they should be taken serious otherwise take away the deadlines!

its seems more like comments than questions!
Im thinking that vesuvius made an error letting a 4th match for unholy alliance unless one is already finished maybe? But about deadlines i think ur wrong the deadlines have been very strict except when he was away on vacation, since he could not be spaceman spiff and run clans without access to the internet in hawaii.

The Unholly Alliance has 4 matches cause we r hunger for battles 
And we also have 4 matches cause is the only way we can play some nice games (yeah...all the players avoid us lately fearing of loosing some points guys ? ). Can u believe i have 5 save games 3 with my clan mates ?
)

I know that the deadlines hasn't been very strict.
I've broken it by 3-4 days so i know for sure.
I just think that a rule should be followed or it should be removed.
And I just wanted other players opinion about that!
I wasn't complaining about the work Vez is putting in to this!! Nobody could ask more of him and you two really deserved vacation!

i'll give u my opinion my deadlines...they r useless !!
why ?
cause after they go it's impossible to tell who's missing so it's impossible to who's winning.
It happened to me to wait a player for two weeks to play with him and he appear a few hours b4 deadline when of course i couldn't play. So who must win in this condition ? He, cause he was showing a few hours b4 dealine when i couldn't play or me cause i've waiting for him for 2 weeks when he couldn't play ?
Or other issue...we couldn't continue our game with the outcast brotherhood cause our Valkyrica's game with wismerhill is under Honor Council ruling so there we don't need another dead line we need a jugdment (this is the 4th clan match which need a decision from the honor council

I didn't made myself clear enough... this is our 1st game with problems and which need ruling..
This is the 4th Clan match that didn't suppose to be still active (a clan can have only 3 running matches)

Speaking about that 4th game, lets focus on the first one , where we have 3-0 ,and a game suspended cause of cheating (easy to figure out who is the one I'm talking about). We're expecting the HONOR COUNCIL decision (since 12 december), hoping not to think that we wasted time playing a clan with a ...... clanleader...
I think THIS PROBLEM is more important to be judged by HC than other minors .
This one must not have to be taken in consideration,it's already closed, so 3 on the roll .
Btw, insatiable I think Japjer is a member of your clan, what do you think about the deadlines, the new ones? Do you think it's enough or maybe 3-4 months more could help us to finish

oh hush all of you ... our 4 wars are indeed because of that particular one with wismerhill where he had a campaign artifact on our match (and it is clueless to me why this obvious matter is under such debate, but i guess we all should trust the honor council ... they are having tons of work and I respect them for what they're doing), so that concludes that problem, now on to the other ones, about deadlines, players must understand that the deadline is not the same thing as the day you should actually play that match (you people are given 2 weeks or more, i think that's more than enough to find some spare time to play a game, and if not, quit these clan wars).
And 3rd ... insatiable you should be the last one to talk, your teammates have made a habit of playing their games on the deadline date (except for yourself, i admire that about you, you are the first one to play and lose from your clan, then come the rest of your clan members)
so the one who doesn't meet the deadline should forefit at no cost to the other clan, and to show us u tried, u have to mail him several times, fix a date, and if he doesn't show up then complain and get your not deserved match
i think i should get at least 5 stars for this reply
and teacher's right, ice deamons are useless, at least (p)imps steal mana, and fly ... (and beat certain barons )

Forefit Rule proposal
If one clan has 2 more forefits than other,loses war
example:
Myrmidons_vs_WisdomEmpire
forefits: 1 1 war goes on
1 2 war goes on
0 2 war won by Myrmidons
1 3 war won by Myrmidons

Bacharakis : it seems u have a lots of games on your schedule lately (anyway u had a good start against Unholly Alliance )
Vesuvius : I propose one rule to u : no more than one legionnaire in one clan. Let them make their own clan. It will be more fun (and when one will leave the clan and make his own clan he can take one land from his previous clan if they have at least 4 lands). With more clans will be more fun and more interesting. And don't think this is a rule to break down wisdom empire cause we will have also 3 legionnaires in our clan. An other benefit will be that the creation of other clans will bring other players in the clan wars.

Just to make it clear, there was some trouble with communication through the holidays on the case with Wimserhill. He has said he can explain the game in two emails, but before the holidays had not met with bob to show him anything. Bob moved and I took the case. Wimserhill returned my email from a cafe' and said he would show me all things when he is able. I emailed him back and am waiting for a reply because I asked him to just explain what I should do in the saves by email if he cannot met at gamespy to show me. I have not had a return email.
If someone says they can explain then I don't want to boot a player and ruin a clan before I hear that explanation.......however, I do agree time has run to long, but also the holidays did have a big effect I think.

about that guy.., if it would have been happen for the first time in clanwar to notice just a perfect combo of artix especially designed for barbs (entire map editor collection) + banned artix on that map (this confirms somehow his intention), maybe I wouldn't have been so suspicious, BUT it was not the First time .
My previous exp. , gained in a direct game with him, warned me to be more attentive with his playing behaviour.
It's a boring lists of the facts that he did it in that game, things that could never be associated with honor ever , including the chatting manner... I hoped that was an accident, I didn't want to make waves, even I reported my loss, but I witnessed the game that he played with valkyrica, and replay that map from the begging to the end about 20 times, beating both utopias since week 2 day 1, every day until week 4 day 7, hoping to discover those artix that he possesed in the end. And you could guess the result.....
sometimes the sea sick is nothing.....
I'm sorry , but right now I'm in a bad mood remembering..
I think Vesuvius' motto worths be read twice!

And to be quite honest.. I'd like to find a new clan.. And theres no way in hell I'll be making baron anytime soon.. I wish I could be more active.. but I can't, so clans is the perfect tournament for me.. no addicts just 3 set games approximately a month.. perfect..
Anyway if anyone if looking to start a new clan.. Give me a buzz.. I am quite sick of the barbs
