he's not snowing about me being unhonorable, you are !
I think you forgot the value of honor, I got highest honor when I knew nobody, not being pumped up by old h3 buddies, so don't tell me about honor !

On second towns and on rushing players
At the beginning of this thread there was an interesting question about the type of a second (unlinked) town and about luck and unluck regarding the town type. On the few maps I have played so far there was always a second (neutral) town in the vicinity of my starting town. Now I am playing hotseat with (against, to be more precise) a friend. He is playing life and got a second life town, I am playing death and got an order town.
At the beginning I was disappointed. I imagined megastacks of angels/monks/pikemen invading my realm and wiping out the feeble defense of my two armies which were inferior in numbers, or even worse, my combined army freezed in terror and bad morale, because living and undead creatures just don't mix.
But at a second thought I also spotted advantages. The order troops are excellent defenders of towns (halflings and titans on towers, for example). I have got a broader range of magic schools (thank you, university) and spells for my magic hero(es) with two primary magic schools instead of one. And I *can* mix my troops - as long as undeads are not involved - to cope with drawbacks of one army type, e.g. lack of shooters in my vampire based death army. And last but not least now there are two home terrains for my troops, lava and snow, and I can select which troop is going to explore which region fast and efficient.
Hehe, in his home territory my friend crawls through snow terrain with his live troops. My order troops in combination with the mire spell (death) will give him a show.
On rushing players in multiplayer:
I don't get it, probably, because I have zero experience in multiplayer. As far as I understood it works as follows: build level 3 and 4 troops asap, collect them and go straight through wandering monster stacks to the territory of the opponent, thus gaining xp and loosing some troops. Then mow him down with your superior troops.
What is beyond me is how does such a strategy cope with three problems I see:
1. In the beginning, how the heck does a player know the location of the opponent's homeland?
2. How does this work on increased player's difficulty level when the stack size of wandering creatures is considerably increased?
3. What are the chances of success, when the opponent (knowing player one will rush) goes for a similar building strategy and waits with a complete set of troops? As soon as player one appears with his somewhat diminished army he got ripped into pieces by the defender.
Would a kind soul please enlighten me on this?
And now for something completely different (who does not recognize the origin?):
I NEVER expected a rushing player!!!
Aha!!!
NOBODY Ever expects a rushing player! My chief weapon is surprise...surprise and fear...fear and surprise.... my *two* weapons are fear and surprise...and ruthless efficiency.... my *three* weapons are fear, surprise, and ruthless efficiency...and an almost fanatical devotion to the game.... my *four*...no... *Amongst* my weapons.... Amongst my weaponry...are such elements as fear, surprise.... I'll come in again.
Let's try this again....
NOBODY expects a rushing player! Amongst my weaponry are such diverse elements as: fear, surprise, ruthless efficiency, an almost fanatical devotion to the game, and nice red uniforms - Oh damn! I can't say it - you'll have to say it...
The Tournament of Honor, yes it itself,
Welcomes one and all to.....
(Ahem...Will someone please cue the music?)

May be it's good advice in one aspect. That way you can learn how to play perfect rush. As far as I can tell Tc doesn't use any bugs
