Thats just the frontline, u can't say how big what is. Lizard land is so big cuz... i dunno why, but i know that reason is rather random than on purpose.(I draw 3 random shapes, joined them, coloured, named and cut the edges so the map is square... or rectangle, whatever...)

Good! My Mutated Barbarians are invading  . Behold my awesome *cough* noob *cough* editing skillz!
All the other kimgdons were caught by surprise as a portal appeared on a very strategic area, near where the Lizard-Gnoll conflict is happening:
From this portal emerged a strange army, they seemed like the regular barbarians but something... was changed on them. They have looted the surrounding farmlands but have not made a serious strategic move yet against any of the Kingdoms. The mystery remais: where they came from? What they want? Who are they going to fight? And why have they changed so much????? Here is a picture of the invading recon force of the Mutated Barbarians:
What are those creatures? Stupid goblins are vampires now? And what is that Bone Dragon thing? A big  is on everyone's minds! I'll post each creature and description soon.

Goblin Vampire
Those once weak creatures have been infected with vampirism! Now they can fly and suck blood just like a vampire lord 
Smasher Werewolf Raider
The Wolf Raiders were know creatures of the regular barbarians. Now they have gained some huge blunt weapons that allows them to attack 3 tiles at once! Also their wolfs are actually werewolves of various degrees of power that can bite the enemy too.
Ork Stone Thrower
The ork chieftains were really bad as low tier shooters and now they have huge stones that they throw to crush skulls with ease.
Ogre Genies
The Ogres are painfully slow. But now the Ogres have been mutated to gain a very handy speed bonus, now they are part genie and part ogre. They are now coming to get you behind that castle wall. They deal elemental damage on their attacks as well.
Stone Unicorn Roc
The Rocs have gained a skin solid as rocks! And are now very hard to kill, tougher even than the earth elementals. Also they gained a unicorn horn that can hit enemies from 3 tiles away so there is no retaliation to their attacks. Also, as unicorn attacks normally do, their attack has a chance to blind the target.
Cyclop Bomber
The Cyclops now throw bombs at the enemies from affar! Also they can make Kamikaze attacks charging with their horses and dying but also killing units in the enemy stack proportional to units on their stack.
Abomination
Someone mixed a Ancient Behemoth with a Bone Dragon. This is the result. A flying Ancient Behemoth.

Bombs? I think its looks like the Cyclops are bringing flowers! That would also be better!

The Cyclop actually DOES look like it's carrying flowers  .
But i really like the Genie Ogres, the red is very good  .
Btw, Gnollking, can I join your army? I like Gnolls (but hydras are better ). Together we can conquer the world! Just imagine, Gnoll Marauders and Hell Hydras.. None will defeat us!
