For 2 days I've been working on this:
HoMM3: Flugel animations in-battle (video on YT)
The .def file of the regular version. Btw, if you want to use it in some project, please tell me first, ok? I also made a nude version. You can request it as well (I can't post it here for obvious reasons; there should be a video on it as well in the YT channel in which I posted both videos, together with the file for the nude version).

Thanks! I've done only the animations and render and visual tweaking, though. I must have missed your comment since the H3 section of the forum actually, this thread was and is still bugged for me.
I also decided to add her in a mod for VCMI for now (the dwelling still needs to be created, as well as rounding the stats and abilities), and later on in other platforms as well:
Edit: I still need to add permanent Expert Slayer, after all, this race was created to kill gods.

Hehe, that's exactly how I wanted them to be. I already got like 2 more "such creatures" on my PC, partially animated (so they're partially finished), since I'm primarily creating more "serious" graphics for H3 instead lol.
