Unfortunately, my wet dream of the Death Knight riding the Black Dragon will not come true. However, the Nazgul you mentioned will be the Monk on the Blackie. Hopefully, it won't be called "Nazgul"!
As far as I know, Kitten herself is working on it.
Militia would be nice, too. Peasents with Pikemen's spears?
And I'd rather see a green Magi as the Druid than Monk. There are already three kinds of those ( Monk, Zealot and War Zealot ). But the idea is nice.

Thare already is a green druid in WoG, the Heirophant commander for rampart heroes. It's a green monk with a mage's head.
I also agree with the Nazgul name not being used. Wouldn't want the Tolkien estate coming down on us with copyright infringement. Besides that name is closely associated with middle-earth and wouldn't fit well with Heroes.

Well the Nazgul was gonna be used because of the LOTR campeign she is planning on making but the name isn't needed. And as for the Nazgul it self there is still a debate if it will be a flying one on a altered dragon or if it will be on a horse. We are playing around with both to see which looks better.

Any other creatures on their way, aside from the black panther and the "Nazgul" ?
A number of creatures could be made by simple combining of the existing animations ( the sprite with the water elemental's tail would make a nice mermaid, for example ).

I've got quite a few ideas for new monsters that I'm working on. They will either be re-colored existing monsters, existing monsters with some modifications, or heavily modified/new creations. Obviously re-colors are the easiest to do so they will be the greatest in number.
I don't want to get ahead of myself, but rest assured that 3.58 will have many new creatures, between myself and the others working on this, there will be plenty of new content.
To whet your whistles, here is a pic of my Dracolich. The stats and abilities have yet to be decided (nothing is definite yet) so feel free to offer suggestions. I'm currently leaning towards it being an Azure Dragon level monster.

Um, great. Only one thing: did you know, that the bone dragon is called a dracolich in the Polish version? Will make translating WoG to Polish a bit tricky.

Lord Woock may have the point here. Aren't Bone Dragon and Dracolich the same, or at least very similar creatures?
On the other hand we got "Blood Dragon"... 
Anyway, your Dracolich looks FANTASTIC! As for its skills, give him Poison Breath.
Finally, I don't like the idea of Dracolich being as strong as Azure Dragons. Let's not go too far... Leave those big girls untouchable!

Lord Woock - well, not exactly - there are two if not three Polish translations and in only one of them there's the 'Drakolich' or 'Drakolicz' - I don't remember. Anyway, that was the worst translation of H3 - remember Naga - 'Przeraza' ? A naga is a naga and shouldn't be translated (BTW they also switched translations of Naga Queen and Scorpicore and named the 'griffin bastion' - 'harpy nest
So what I'm getting at here is that one of my friends-and-relations - Avatar already finished a Polish translation for WoG 3.57f. The Bone Dragon is called as it should be (Kościsty (albo podobnie Smok) so the name Drakolich is still free to be used.
PS. the translaton of the Ghost Dragon (Shadow Dragon) was also a bit off-line but we used it with another monster - Darkness Dragon. (Shadow Dragon sounds better in Polish than Darkness and the meaning is very similar)
The Polish patch should be available for download any day now.

Well.... I don't like ANY translations at all, so I asked Avatar to make me a patch to make my game whole English, so I don't quite remember that Bone Dragon translation.

Well, the alignment should be evil, shouldn't it?
According to your stats, it would be level 9 or even 10, right? Not level 8 for sure.
In my opinion the summoned Liches are an interesting idea but needs work.

Go figure, Lich King wants it to summon Power Liches
Interestring idea, but problematic, there's not much available space for summoned units, especially if a tight formation is used.
Your stats are similar to my rough draft, I had lower attack and health. As for the cost it's in the right range I think, but it's impossible to have it cost 2 types of special resources. Well I guess it could be specially coded but thats not really worth the effort.
One idea was to have it be a shooter as well as have a breath attack, or maybe a spellcaster.

Ranged attack?! No way! It's hard to imagine a Dracolich as a spellcaster, let alone a shooter!
